Who knew getting vendor insurance could be so easy? The options were spelled out very clearly and I appreciated the immediate access to downloadable forms I could turn into my local event organizers. I had a chance to interact with customer service via chat on the website. The representative was super fast in helping me correct an error I made when signing up and the forms on my dashboard were all immediately updated.

I searched for a one day event insurance policy throughout the internet. I received 9 quotes. All misrepresented what was on their website. Then on my tenth try ACT came up. I was so impressed with the very user friendly their website was and how their price did not change. Starting a new company and getting liability insurance with ACT was super easy online and definitely at a much better cost than some other companies out there. It seems like it's going to be easy to add additional insureds as well that I'll need for future craft/trade shows I'll be participating in, or for licensing agreements.

Our small business needed a one week insurance policy for a show we were going to attend on short notice. Act Insurance was recommended to us, so we signed up online. In my haste, I messed up on the online form (totally my mistake) so I called Act and they had it straightened out in no time at all. The lady we worked with was VERY helpful and took care of everything. The next time we need that kind of insurance, we’ll use Act.

The representative was very cheerful and engaging when I called. I was really expecting a million questions and have to provide a list of items to cover but I was pleasantly surprised. And honestly, I didn't even have to call, altho I'm glad I did. But the website is very easy to navigate through.

I'm a new, small business owner and just used ACT for the first time. Needed a COI in a pinch for an event at the end of the month. I tried to get coverage with State Farm prior to this and was told they aren't issuing CA policies at this time unless you qualify under the CA Fair Plan. I didn't qualify because the event was too soon and I needed more than the $300k max coverage. I had a friend tell me about ACT and it was a huge relief to find them - they issued a COI in less than 20 minutes at $50 for three days of coverage up to $1mil.
