Very nice store. Excellent service and selection.

The staff was extremely helpful in finding my 2 dogs healthy food. Also, a nice selection of dog things. My daughter bought her first bunny there, he lived a long time.

Had to take my little baby in for a nail trim. It’s hard enough getting her out of the house but luckily Pet World always does an amazing job cutting her nails for me!!

We bought a very sweet guinea pig here!

Unfortunately, my 3-year-old was a little ruff with her and it died 3 days after we bought it.

I called the store after I noticed it had stopped eating and they walked me through the steps to help it heal. They spent half an hour on the phone with me figuring out how to help the poor creature. I had an appointment scheduled to bring it in for a check when it passed that night.

Very sad family and a large lesson to learn but the staff here made that process much less tolling. Helping me coach my kids and offering support!

We have since gotten 2 more guinea pigs and they are doing great. Although it is a hard lesson to learn I stand by young children learning how to care properly for pets.

Thank you to the staff there for helping us through that time!

They have a huge selection of wonderful-looking birds: a bunch of conures, many parakeets, finches, lovebirds, and some larger birds too (eg cockatoo, caique--I really enjoyed watching those two!)!!! ❤
And they have a well-stocked selection of everything else too.
Plus they're very helpful and friendly.

I stopped in for the first but certainly not the last time here. It was awesome ! The place is huge so they have a ton of selection. I ended up buying a bunny and full set up for my office. The staff were all great but Shyanne was amazing. She spent a few minutes talking with me, we decided on a rabbit and she walked with me down the isles pointing out all the different options.
I will be getting all my supplies from here from now on.

Their variety of small animals and fish is great! I was surprised by the number of animals on hand. They also have a great selection of accessories, food, and toys for small animals as well as for dogs and cats.

Very happy with this place. They helped me set up my fish tank for a saltwater crab. They were very knowledgeable and helped me out. They made sure that I got what I needed.

Open till 9pm most days. Sells kittens, birds, various rodents, fish, reptiles, and their accompaniments. Helpful employees, cheap items for quality.

Great selection. No pushy sales people. Just a normal hometown pet store but bigger

The girls set me up with everything I needed for my two new tarantulas in 15 minutes just before the store closed. They went out of their way to help me. They had a nice selection of products and good prices. I'd recommend Pet World to anyone and everyone.

They have a very knowledgeable and caring staff. They are serious about the proper care of the pets that they offer. They keep their caged, pens, aquariums well maintained with adequate heathy food. They are not a pet mill as often chain pet stores are. Their staff loves the pets that they are offering up for adoption. They are not to compared of the common chain store as their owners are local.

I have tried many different pet stores in the area and always come back to this one. They have better prices on things for my pet rats.....WAY better. I get about 5 times more value here for bulk food I put in a bag myself. The staff is friendly and there is usually an interesting bird near the cashier :)

Best feeder fish available. Their clean and healthy. Even more so than the dedicated fish stores I have been too. Great staff and good assortment for my dog and cats too. Very pet friendly when I bring my dog with.

I always love to come and look at the variety of animals. Whenever I have purchased pets, they always come from Pet World, and they are always healthy and become family members quickly!

Aside from the pets themselves, I always trust petworld for pet food and pet cages or tanks. High quality , and good prices.

I was there yesterday to buy stuff for my new kitty, I should have gotten the girls name but I forgot to check. She was extremely helpful and knowledgable on the products and showed me what would be the best purchase for my new furry friend. she was so nice it made me entire experience easy and enjoyable.

Amazing selection, fantastic service, and easy on the wallet. They really care about the care and treatment of the animals, not just turning a quick buck. After going to Pet World, I'll never be able to go back to a mainstream store like PetCo or PetSmart. Best pet store around.

Yesterday I got 5 silver Molly's. I put them in my tank and they seem to be doing just fine. They've always got top quality fish and animals.

The staff there is great.
I'm there twice a month and Sara the manager is very helpful.
