I have used Rago Brothers previously, with success , and this last repair also worked out well.

I have a darling little vintage crocodile skin bag, and a tiny tear in the strap occurred.

I decided to have Rago do the repair.

I really liked the easy Rago process for filling in a form and mailing off my bag, so kudos to the user experience on that!~!

I got my repaired bag promptly, and that is note worthy.

The bag is a vintage Glenn Miller for Ann Turk, made in NY with a unique color (red with violet highlights) that I purchased on Ebay.

The repair is solid and I have my bag back, and am a happy customer.

I am so grateful all the work Rago Brothers put into repairing my purse. My dog got ahold of my favorite purse and scratched the patent leather and chewed threw the corner. I contacted around 5 shops about the repairs, and Rago Brothers were the only to take it on (most shops cannot repair patent leather). Not only did they take it on, they did a fantastic job. They have a great portal where I uploaded photos and they gave me a quote, and I was able to track my bag through delivery, repair, and returns. I received a personal (and excited) call from the owner after the work was complete, describing the work and results. Beyond glad I chose Rago for my repairs!!

My LV bag had a HUGE water stain underneath it, I was so devastated because it was one of my favorite bags. When I brought it into Rago Brother’s they explained how it might be a hard fix and possibly not 100% fixable due to the light leather Louis Vuitton uses. I wish I had a before picture to show how bad I ruined my bag, because who ever at Rago Brother’s cleaned it went ABOVE & BEYOND my expectations. Like I said the water stain was huge & made my bag unwearable, and this team fixed it so perfectly you would have no idea anything happened to it. I am so extraordinarily happy with the results & I highly recommend Rago brothers to anyone who needs any sort of repair. I will definitely use them again in the future. I didn’t take a before picture but I am putting the after picture. Half of it was stained dark brown due to water and like I said you would have no idea anything happened now!

I am in total shock and amazement how great my shoes turned out!!! I sent in my favorite pair of Kate Spade shoes that had an ankle strap break and they fixed it and reinforced the strap. It looks as though I never broke them!!!

First time sending out a leather bag for color restoration. From a past review, I seen someone say to not go here but to Leather Surgeons instead. I got an online estimate from both and Leather Surgeons gave a price that was more than double what Rago Bros quoted. So glad I went forward with Rago Bros because I just received the finished bag back. They did a seamlessly beautiful job, completed work in timely manner, shipped bag back with care, and the cost was definitely reasonable and fair! I will definitely be a repeat customer and highly recommend them!

Service is excellent as always. Had my Ferragamo strap repaired. All the top luxury designer stores send items here to get repaired. They are professional, quick and knowledgeable. I also had red soles added to the bottom of my Louboutins to prevent slipping. They look great!

As always, their experience and craftsmanship just cannot be beat. I brought a pair of older designer snow boots to them that by all means were beyond help. But I loved them and Rago was my last hope to save them. Their brilliance, creativity, and expertise managed to save my boots and I’m wearing them like new!!! So grateful for their mastery and workmanship, I have yet to bring them something they cannot fix for me. Thank you thank you!

Brilliant job on my shoe heels with 'made in Italy' heels to match, and beautiful resole of my work boots. You'll always pay a bit more for quality, but always worth it! I recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great experience and personal satisfaction.

Rago Brothers was the recommended vendor for purse repairs from the manufacturer. Figured if they can do her purse, replacing the brass eyelets to speed hooks would be easy. Came out great. Great customer service. Woman working counter stated that the old men eventually move to speed hooks since old men become lazier. My wife stated that fits me to a tee.

Highly recommend for leather boots and luxury purses.

I used the mail in service to have a pair of
Christian Louboutin heels shortened. Rago Brothers completed my repair and shipped my shoes back within a week. They look amazing too!

Fantastic. I have a Loewe backpack that got slightly damaged on a flight back from Europe yesterday afternoon carrying a little more than it should have!

I brought it to Rago Brothers this morning and $45 and 75 minutes later it was repaired, perfectly. (Needless to say Loewe stores send their repairs to Ragu as do many other luxury brands).

Hats off to this spectacular 123 year old family-run company!

I recently had a spill on my light brown Ferragamo shoes. I went to three shoe repair shops locally, and they all indicated that the shoes were ruined, and I probably needed to die them black. I sent the shoes to Rago brothers. They refinished the shoe and came back looking like new. These guys are awesome!!

I bought a Paul Stewart suede jacket on Ebay, practically new and I got a bargain price but the label did not match the actual size, far too big. I called around NY and Philly to find a tailor who would make major alterations. Several people said they woulldgive it a try.…., Drove the hour up from New Hope Pa to Ragos. Talked to the or one of the owners and he brought his tailor over who deals with leather jackets and coats. The jacket looks great!! It wasn't cheap to fix, but it was done right!

Very smooth experience. I ultimately didn't need to use their services for the particularly item however, they really did have such stellar and kind service. The folks I spoke to on the phone were delightful. :) I'd love to come back and be their customer when I have another item in need of some TLC.

I am so impressed with the service and the work of this place! I have a beloved vintage Chanel bag that was in need of a repair after many years of wear. I was given the name of Rago by a local consignment store. I was very nervous about handing my precious bag over to them, however, they did an absolutely amazing job on my bag!!! additionally their communication was so great- they gave me a quote told me when my bag would bag ready and shipped back to me. The price i paid was more than fair! I am over the moon!!!

Excellent craftsmanship and service. They expertly restored a 40 year old briefcase with high sentimental value. It took longer than expected. One of the sons called me to tell me what was happening and talk me through the work they were doing. Could not be happier with my experience here.
