Smart Choice Painters did an outstanding job on my exterior doors and windows.
Isaias personally supervised the work.
He came to the job site several times a day to oversee the project and confer with me on progress.
He was always promptly available by phone.
Three painters were on the job most of the time.
They were skilled and well coordinated.
They scraped and sanded most wood surfaces down to bare wood.
They gave more attention to details like patching holes and cracks than I might have done myself.
They then applied a primer and two coats of paint.
They started and finished the job on time as scheduled.
I look forward to having Smart Choice do more work on my house.

Smart choice painting painted my bathroom and did an amazing job! They were professional, although they got lost; they called me and let me know as soon as they realized. They did an exceptional job painting my 10 foot by 10 foot newly renovated bathroom.

Just completed another home improvement project with Isaias and his crew - and as always, the results are outstanding! They put a new epoxy flooring into our garage, fixed and painted the walls and doors, and replaced and painted old rotting garage door trim with beautiful new Azek PVC boards! They did the job on time, with high quality and on budget. Isaias is very easy and fun to work with, and is a true pro. I will be calling Isaias again in the spring to refresh the siding!

I hired SmartChoice to fix the wood exterior of my house and paint it. My house is ceder shakes, and probably hasn't had real maintenance in a decade. As a result much of the paint was flaking off and much of the wood was rotten or destroyed by bees. Their team replaced many shingles and boards, repaired the rest, and did an excellent paint job. I am very happy with how it turned out. As other reviewers said, the project took longer than expected but that was due to the care they took in painting. I will certainly go with them again for any painting projects that I have

Smart Choice painting has painted our interior home and exterior. I want to say they do a beautiful job! Plaster walls are not always easy, and somehow they are now flawless. My exterior is simply beautiful. Quality work all the way around! I would also like to add the painters are neat, work clean, and polite. A positive experience all the way around!

We have used Smart Choice for staining the outside of our house twice. Wonderful job, so had them paint the inside of our house. Again a wonderful job! Discovered they do bathroom remodeling. SmartChoice was the right choice for me for a variety of home projects. They painted my home’s exterior and various interior rooms. They carefully repaired any wall damage before painting for a great final result. They just transformed my Powder Room with new tile, wall paper, a suspended new vanity and repainted trim. Smart Choice Painting is EXCEPTIONAL!! We hired them to refinish my kitchen table and chairs. We loved their work so much that we hired them to paint the outside of our house including our deck. They also power washed & leveled all of our pavers around our pool and did an outstanding job on every project!!

Isaias did the most beautiful job painting my kitchen, bedroom and bath. My eighty year old kitchen cabinets look amazing.Will always use his business for painting. He is priced reasonable.His work is meticulous.

I highly recommend Smart Choice Painting. They did an outstanding job of painting my house and deck! House, deck, and retainer wall was power washed, caulked, sealed, and painted. If I had a concern, Isaiah, the project manager, was there to help me. I got four bids. They were competitive! My place looks like new!!!!

Excellent service. Isaias was able to get us scheduled and have the work done within two weeks of providing estimate. Work was done on time and meticulously. Crew stayed past 5pm to finish the job on the final day. Very happy with results and would recommend.

We were very pleased with the work that Isaias and his team performed on the exterior of our home. Isaias, the owner, kept us well informed from start to finish. We appreciated his proactive communication in addition to his keen eye for detail to ensure a quality job.

Two carpenters started by replacing damaged wood, then another set of workers striped the old paint off of our home, sometimes by hand and also with the power washer, before painting the exterior of our home. They worked diligently and carefully. (As an added bonus, they carefully worked around our plants along the base of our home instead of destroying them!)

In addition to painting our home, they repainted some old Adirondack chairs so that they look like new and repaired a gate so that it is now functional.

The team did an excellent job of removing wallpaper from my kitchen walls...this paper had been on the walls for almost 25 years. Once removed, they spackled and completed all of the steps necessary to properly prep the walls for 2 coats of fresh paint. Afterwards, a new back splash was installed. Light fixtures were removed and replaced by the same team.
The team was professional in its demeanor and respectful while in my home. At the end of each day, they cleaned up, leaving the kitchen accessible as much as possible.
I appreciated being able to count on the guidance of Isaias, the team's leader, when choices I made regarding products or material should be revisited. It felt like a partnership for the life of the project. I do recommend Smart Choice and will use them again.
