Bikram Yoga Cedar Knolls

Me and my wife love trying out Yoga Studios when we travel. This studio was one we visited on our latest trip and WOW! Absolutley one of the best experiences we’ve had! Top level instructors who made us feel right at home and made it such a fun and great time. Love the studio, clean and spacious. We will absolutley be back! I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Thanks Bikram Yoga!

The wonderful instructors at this studio are an integral part of my health and wellness program; and I am so grateful to be a part of this yoga community. An unexpected benefit of practicing here is the friendships forged with fellow yoga enthusiasts. ‘Truly a great place!

The teachers were very friendly and accommodating, they offered guidance on alignment without judgment and made sure to mention not to push too hard since i was just getting back into hot yoga and recovering from the flu. It was comfortable and clean, the locker rooms were also well maintained.

This place is amazing!!! Super clean and the instructors are so great. Susan goes above and beyond to make your yoga experience one of the best.. Make sure you ask her about her Unique techniques. You wont regret it!!!!

This studio is very clean and the teachers are amazing. Every time I fly into the area I always attend class. I ran into the owner on my last visit and she was so great to talk to. I will definitely keep coming back.

Best hot yoga , if was tuff for you... you not tuff enough then. Real experience came after 5-10 weekly sessions for me ... never felt better.

Very good Bikram yoga studio with cheerful staff and diverse schedule

I'm a few days into their intro month, and I think it's a great studio. Teachers with different personalities, some more motivational and encouraging than others. The lockers, showers, and everything are very nice. This is the 2nd Bikram studio I've practiced in and it stacks up to the competish in my opinion. If you're within driving distance (there aren't too many official Bikram studios to choose from around here), I recommend this place for sure!

Bikram Yoga in Cedar Knolls is the worst studio Ive ever been to. Please take advantage of their on-going Groupon offer and never come back. Here are the reasons why this studio is less than ideal:

First off, I was greeted by a staff that tried to hard sell me before I event took my shoes off. It was worse than stepping into a used car dealership. I came in to take an introductory class but asked to immediately pay for a package.

Once I stepped into the studio, I thought I was in the wrong place because the room was carpeted with cheap rug. Imagine all the sweat that carpet has absorbed and the dust it has collected - this is where my mind was the entire class. Also, if you happen to open your eyes when you lie on your back you will notice water/mold spots on the ceiling.

As a new person to their studio I was segregated and told to stay in the back of the room. When I tried to move to the front, I was yelled at. Yes, I am not exaggerating - I was thoroughly embarrassed. IF YOU ARE NEW TO YOGA - DO NOT COME HERE. Mind you, I turned out to be one of the most experienced practitioners in the room. There were other people in the room who had genuinely never taken a yoga class and the instructor made no effort to help or motivate them. They literally sat around for the entire class.

The instructor lacked any sort of enthusiasm. She had a mic strapped to hear head and sat on a barstool in the back of the class room. You are better off staying home and following a class on Youtube.

At the time of this post there is only one other review for the studio - no one has anything positive to say. If you can, avoid Bikram Yoga Cedera Knolls at all costs.
