Highly recommend this powerflow locations. The staff was super helpful, polite, and made you feel at home. The classes were all modifications and were challenging to break a sweat and really detox.

Bryan and Emma R were awesome instructors and def was worth the price. I am not from area so not sure if free parking close by but meters were only 2.25$ for 2 hours. Thank you so much for a great yoga experience.

The Morristown location is very welcoming and relaxing - they make each and every guest feel like they're at home.

I recently took Allison's class and I really enjoyed it! She is very accommodating - whether you've been practicing for years or this is your first time trying yoga, you will feel comfortable and will want to come back for more. She perfectly marries the importance of physical health and mindfulness with the emotional and mental aspects of yoga without making you feel overwhelmed and rushed. I definitely recommend taking her class!

Amazing place! I love coming in from a stressful day at work and leaving feeling so revived. Allison is an amazing instructor. No matter what level you’re at she makes you feel proud to just show up and try. This place combines all the best things about yoga and I can’t wait to go back.

Such a positive experience going to a Sunday Jivamukti class. I didn’t know what I signed up for but I will tell you that it embodies all the elements of classical yoga that I was longing for... the teacher made the class a learning experience that I had hoped existed...wildly surpassing all the vinyasa flows and providing me with more explanation that I would not be able to connect with otherwise. Bravo!

Great studio, great teachers, and hot classes!

Instructor felt a bit perfunctory, didn’t really give any modifications. Didn’t feel authentic, the names of the yoga poses weren’t pronounced properly either lol

Where do I start … unwelcoming staff no smile no tour of the studio. Teacher didn’t introduce herself . No cold towels provided like every other studio. No towels for the showers. The floor is awful hard and makes too much noise. Overall this place felt unauthentic and disappointing.For 27 dollars try somewhere else I wish I had.
