Helpful young women working as always. Clean store and wonderfully stocked. I went again today for the candle sale and there was plenty to choose from. The store was very organized, and it was a pleasure to shop there.

Love the sales here and especially the aromatherapy options in candles, lotion, and body wash! Too bad their annual candle day sale, which gives you the best price, is only one day! The employees are always super friendly and helpful.

The employees here are fabulous. Helping find specific items and even suggesting products based on my preferences. Also, when B&BW has a sale you can still use additional discount coupons received in the mail. I always leave happy and smelling great (from all the testers!)

Big, well-stocked, clean, and organized. Employees friendly, helpful, and forthcoming but won't be bothersome or pushy (like asking if you need help every 30 seconds lol). I had a great experience after not having shopped in-store since pre-COVID times.

Thank you to Ashlyn in the Waukesha Wi store who went out of her way to help us. We wanted 100 small hand sanitizers (specific scents) for shower favors and thought we should order on line but she wanted to save us the shipping charges and checked the entire store (back room, drawers, displays) to ensure that we could buy them at the store. She was also very helpful when I was looking for retired scents - suggesting similar ones. Great personality and so very helpful. Thank you Ashlyn

This store is a real way for women to pamper themselves, even when you're on a budget! I received a gift card a few years ago. I had a great time spending it! The staff is very helpful and friendly. So many delicious products to sample and choose from. And if you sign up, you'll receive great coupon deals by mail!

My only concern is this. I'm disabled and use a rollator for shopping. It would be helpful to have automatic doors. Also small shopping carts for those who have trouble walking and carrying products and don't have a rollator to help them. Also, the curb is not disability-friendly. I had to lift my wheels up to the sidewalk.

But overall, Bath & Body Works is a delightful experience!

I should not be allowed in this store alone. I can't stop buying. Their shower gels, lotions, sprays and wall flowers are the best.
Their candles are nice but I don't burn many candles

Must I say I was happy & please with my purchase & the lady’s was pleasant & welcoming! Clean & we’ll organize as well smell soo good in there! And wit few coupons gotten in mail Enticed me even more to stop in!

Fun place to go and sample all of the different scents! Their products are seldom on clearance, but you can usually find good deals after holidays and a few times a year.

Chain store with friendly helpful staff

Love this place ! Prices are a little high but I think that you get what you pay for and they have quality products. I use the body wash, lotions, air freshners, candles and more. And I've never been disappointed.

Everything well organized, stocked full and clean. Clerks were very nice, check out was quick.

Very clean store, friendly employees and needless to say it smells really good. I got the buy 3 get 2 free on some body sprays and I got the hand soaps 5 for 23, the fall and Halloween scents are out now!

Wonderful place, kind of wish you weren't bombarded the second you walked in. Disappointed by the lilac scent but that's hardly the stores fault.
