Meet the CEO and Son nice people . They have many property’s , Some great fixer uppers. His son seams very honest . They used to try to help to get you into a place. Now it very different and only If you qualify but the CEO is very cheap doesn’t like to fix things on s timely manner unless its an upmost emergency . He is cheep when it comes to the people he hires to do the work and these workers bust there but working for him and give them less then what they are supposed to be paid. Most of the properties require lots of work and the rents are very high for the worth of the property
