Kuenzi Family Pet Hospital

We were able to bring our new pup onto our home on Thursday. I called on Friday and there was luckily a cancelation for Saturday morning. We went today and everyone was absolutely fantastic. We both met with Kevin Peck and he did a great job explaining the ins and outs of puppy life/vaccinations to us.

10/10 would recommend. We live about 30 minutes away and the level of care is worth the drive.

*** We did all of our puppy appointments and came back in February 2022 for a spay... I cannot emphasize the courtesy, kindness and professionalism we experience here. It is still worth the drive

My dogs have been patients at Kuenzi Family Pet Hospital since 2003. The staff and veterinary team are excellent and provide a high level of service and compassion. They have, on more than one occasion, fit us in or provided tele-health care on short-notice. i highly recommend them!!

Our 10 month old (very sassy) puppy got into some trouble in our yard. Although there were no immediate openings for him to be seen, vet tech Marie checked in with us throughout the day to be sure our pup (and I) were doing ok. Thank you for your care and concern. <3

Finally, a vet that both listened to a knowledgeable owner, was knowledgeable and able to confidently express his suggestions but wise enough to give a couple treatment options with the logic to back each. We saw Dr. Alex, and would recommend him to any dog but particularly German Shepherd owners. Two previous clinics provided one who didn't listen and another who couldn't make a solid treatment recommendation.

From routine vaccines to bee stings, and then euthanasia, these folks were solid in their compassion and support. I cannot imagine having a dog in the family that didn't have a safety net like Kenzie's. Dr. Sarah is truly dedicated, takes her time and partnered with us on a care plan. The rest of the staff, assistants, techs, and front desk were knowledgable, kind and helpful Thank you all so much.

Recently took in my new adopted cat for a full exam to find out what she is allergic to. Ms. Lauren was excellent! Within a few hours, my little girl was ready to be picked up. Lauren kept me 100% informed on how my cat was tolerating the exam, how well she behaved, and gave me all the info I needed. I was told what my cat is allergic to, what ingredients to avoid, and she recommended the brand of food I should buy to avoid any allergic reactions in the future. Lauren was kind, sympathetic, and knowledgeable! She also informed me of a potential medical issue and what prevention techniques to use to keep my cat healthy. This was a great experience!

Dr. Teal has taken care of both of my dogs and she’s super professional, knowledgeable, and really great overall. I recommend her to anyone looking for a great Vet!

This review is long overdue! I have taken my puppy to Kuenzi Family Pet Hospital four times in the past two months (two regular puppy visits, one urgent visit, and one emergency visit). I have absolutely nothing but good things to say about my experience with KFPH from the moment I called to schedule my first appointment to the moment I checked out this past week. Within those four visits I met with 3 different vets (Kevin, Alex, and Sarah) and a number of techs and assistants (special shout out to Marie for exceptional care and Mandi for her enthusiasm!).

For both the urgent and emergency visit my puppy was able to be seen right away. I was overwhelmed with concern during the emergency visit, but Marie and Alex immediately made me feel more at ease because of their amazing care. Both Kevin and Sarah dedicated a lot of time answering my questions during my routine and urgent visits. The care team here is the real deal and will do what is best for your pet! I can't recommend Kuenzi Family Pet Hospital enough.

I have taken all my dogs over the years to Kuenzi and have always had nothing but kindness and excellent care. The front staff, the technicians, and the veterinarians have been considerate and caring.

I am so happy with the care my dog receives at this clinic! The staff, from the care coordinators & vet techs & vets, is so friendly and welcoming…whether it is my wacky Labrador puppy filled with love and extra, extra energy to my outdoor cats I made an appointment for with zero judgement and full confidence in handling them.

I am a huge fan of this clinic! I have been able to get squeezed in for appointments (more serious in nature) as needed. I don’t feel that anything un-needed is pushed to create more revenue. I have been able to email with Dr. Alex with progress pictures of my dogs healing process and the ability to ask any questions. I trust the staff to treat my pets appropriately and I couldn’t ask for more. The staff is very accommodating and friendly as well. I have full confidence in the team at Kuenzi.

Highly recommend Kuenzi! We have been taking our two dogs there for 15+ years. Always received excellent care and, concern for our pets. The entire staff from receptionists to techs and veterinarians everyone are so caring and always took such great care of not only our pets, but our concerns. I wanted to be sure to add to my review. A number of weeks ago, we had to make the impossible decision to put our beloved pup down. It was heartbreaking, but everyone and Kuenzi treated her, and us, with the utmost respect and kindness. They were wonderfully empathetic, and were very clear about the process, and our options after she passed. We're grateful to them for all the wonderful care they provided to our Luna girl! <3

We have been going to Kuenzi Family Pet for 21 years. Always received excellent care from all staff members. The front staff is always kind, caring welcoming. All the Doctor's there are so fantastic, so good with my animals. I have always highly recommended Kuenzi for their top notch veterinary care.

Wonderful people. Kuenzi has been our vet since day one but recently we had surgery. They made us feel like the only person who had an appt that day even though the parking lot was full. I love how loving and caring they are. They understand that our pets are family.

I was in from out of town and had an emergency with both of my dogs - I called 5 other places before I called this one and instead of turning me away like all the other offices, they moved things around and made room for me to bring my dogs in to be seen same day. On top of that, they were some of the kindest staff I have ever met at a vet! If I lived in this location long term, this would be the only office I would trust to bring my dogs. They helped us and made everything better - thank you so much Kuenzi Family!

Everyone is very friendly and welcoming! We are always able to get in quickly to see a Dr Teal. She was able to identify the problem with our dog and discussed many treatment options. She also was very compassionate with my father in laws dog when his time came. Overall, we've had great experiences and will continue to come back for care!
