Majd saved us a ton of time at the que line by helping to get our device to the right place after we had been hacked. He knows his stuff so we then asked about JBL speakers & noise canceling ear buds. He was knowledgeable & informative without pushing any sales on us. It was busy but we were in & out in less than 10 min! We had been very dissatisfied with the Verizon location in Green Bay, so this will now be our go-to place for everything Verizon in the future.

This is my go-to Verizon store for the Waukesha area. The service has been excellent each time I've needed help, even (and especially) for the "little things" like SIM card replacement and general questions on phone models. I've never been pushed by the sales people, which I truly appreciate.

Preston was extremely polite, respectful, and helpful. Overall the staff at this location was a delight to work with, even when dealing with a difficult phone migration that lasted multiple hours. Pleasantly surprised by the service provided by Preston; He quickly resolved issues, maintained quality customer contact, and overall was a very knowledgeable tech!

The phone I ordered online never showed up for store pick up. The employees working at night on 12/23 went above and beyond to fix the situation. I went in feeling stressed and they were so amazing and understanding. I left with a phone and a smile on my face. Thank you for your great problem solving!

He was great at answering questions for me, and helping me regarding adding a new line onto my account (while I wait for a return to fully process through their Texas Warehouse).

It's definitely better to go directly to a corporate store, such as this one, than to interact with Authorized Retailers. The corporate stores just have a much deeper capacity to assist customers with obscure circumstances; which unfortunately can't easily get resolved at other retailers.

I'm definitely planning to follow-up at this location in the future, due to the good quality of customer service provided by Preston and another worker (whose name I didn't happen to catch).

Great staff, very friendly. Didn't push products/services on us. Did inform us of services/products available for future reference.

Dwayne S was outstanding in not only helping me upgrade my phone, find the right accessories and transfer all the data, he also helped me set up the security. Then they fixed a problem I had with the IPad I bought a few weeks ago. Thank you for being willing and able to take the time with me to get everything worked out. Have always had good service at this store.

Employee at Verizon store was very helpful in getting my phone all the way set up. Apparently I had a 4G SIM card would you she switched out for a 5G SIM card. Also, help me get my message app setup properly.

Sarah is the absolute customer rep this store has. Ask for Sarah if you need help with anything. She goes above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I came into this store with a challenging problem and was greeted by Charlie Pullara! He was awesome! His customer service was excellent. He went above and beyond! I switched from AT&T last week after 20 years there because of the sales person here and this store! Charlie reinforced my choice to move to Verizon! Everyone in this store is a great reflection of Verizon! I have entered other Verizon stores and haven’t felt the professionalism that I did here. I will recommend Verizon to my friends and family. Please take good care of Charlie as he solved my problem and made me happy!

I was very very impressed. I was very well informed on how to use my phone. Being that my phone is a different phone not of Verizon. But was compatible to it. The guys here plus a young lady were fun funny with enthusiasm. Thanks again for all your help all you guys were awesome.

The staff were top notch. Extremely helpful, extremely attentive. In fact, I wish I could have picked up a business card or two to recommend them. I had a terrible experience at another VZ store so I was expecting something awful again. I was very happy to be proved entirely wrong.

The Brookfield store was out of stock of the phone I wanted, so they sent me to Waukesha. I had a great experience as Ryan walked me through the whole process. Walked out with my new phone fully functional and all data transferred. He installed the screen guard and case, too. Perfect service.

I needed my iPad put in my data plan but I was in a rush. The Verizon worker was busy but did multiple things at once to make sure I could get to my appointment on time. He was friendly and courteous even though I was very demanding, Great Service!

Jakara and Cici were SO kind. They helped my boyfriend with nothing but a genuine attitude and kindness. They were so friendly and helpful. I’m giving 5 stars for then but Verizon should let people with apportionments first before walk ins. Beside the fact they deserve a raise.

Always a pleasurable experience. The men & women are always very nice and knowledgeable. If they aren't quite sure what to do, they find a coworker who can assist, with a smile. I highly recommend this store to any one.

We spent 2 + hours buying new phones and setting up a new account. Tyla assisted us and she was professional, patient, and so helpful. So grateful - she made the process easy and transparent. Thank you Tyla!!!

I went into the store with my daughter because her phone cell service would not connect. I met with Speed, a Solution Specialist. He went through all of the tests he could to see if he could fix the phone - which had previously taken a bath in the toilet. He was unable to reconnect the signal. Instead of trying to sell us a new phone he suggested we first go to a Ubreakifix store, which we did. Amazingly, they were able to fix the phone for us at a very minimal cost. Kudos to Speed and his integrity. Next time we need a phone i know who i am going to!
