East Coast Fireplace is truly wonderful. Their installers, Luis and Luvy were very professional and very courteous. From start to finish, every step was done on time, and the end result is a beautiful Majestic Wood Fireplace recessed into the wall. I highly recommend this company. Their stone work installer Brian was very professional and courteous too. I highly recommend this company.

My house had a very underwhelming fireplace with marble surrounding, no mantle and a "cubby" above that held no real purpose. My husband and I were excited to renovate this focal piece of the house to be more "homey" in my favorite room.

We considered another Fireplace company in the area, and pricing was comparable, but we liked that East Coast had a showroom where you can see products and stones before purchasing. East Coast also had more quality fireplace options and had been so friendly and welcoming when we met them in-person, which left a strong impression.

Our sales manager was patient and not pushy at all as we took our time to make decisions. Expectations of the process were made very transparent from the East Coast team; everything from timing, cost, approvals, etc. The service manager was excellent at communicating updates and scheduling along the way, and it was such a help that they coordinated with our town for inspections.

Every worker who came to our home was fantastic, and I don't say that lightly. They were friendly, efficient, respectful of our space (always cleaned up every day and took precautions to avoid tracking any dirt in), and professional.

We're thrilled with how our fireplace turned out (what a difference from before to after!) and had a great experience working with East Coast Fireplace.

We’ve had our fireplace completely renovated by East Coast, and we couldn’t have been more pleased! They have a beautiful showroom where I was able to see the stones and mantles they have available, and Alan, the salesman, was very nice and patient. Tom was also great, always ready to answer any questions I had. We went with a mantle that was designed by one of their in-house carpenters, and it’s just stunning! Everybody who comes to the house comments on how beautiful that mantle is, and it was one of the reasons we’ve decided to go with them, since it’s a unique mantle that I haven’t seen anywhere else. Our fireplace is 18ft, from floor to ceiling, so it can’t be done just by anyone; we needed people who really specialize in this line of work, so all the installers did an amazing job, and were courteous and professional. We definitely recommend East Coast fireplace!

We hired EastCoast Fire Place to reface and update the look of our old brick fire place. We are very pleased with the result.

Dave in Sales helped us through the process. We selected new faux stone, a custom stain for the new mantle and new fire place doors. We needed just a few visits to pick just what we wanted, and Dave was patient as he helped us along the way.

The installation took 2 days: The 1st day was to install the mantle, doors, remove some of the original brick and prep the remaining original brick. The 2nd day was to install the faux stone over the original brick. While this was a dusty job, the technicians covered the floor and furniture in our living room. Plus, they vacuumed during the needed demolition work. While we did have some cleaning to do when they were done, there was less mess than we expected at the end of the job. Thanks guys!

I moved into my house two years ago and haven't yet to use the gas fireplace. I called East Coast Fireplace to prepare it for daily use. The technician arrived on time, did a very thorough job cleaning it out, spray painted over some rusted areas, got it working, and spent time showing us how to use and maintain it going forward.

I have been a customer of East Coast Fireplace since 1989. Recently, we needed to replace our wood burning fireplace after 25 years of use. I wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Tom was my contact person from start to finish. He treated me like I was his best friend. The installers were professional, hard working and meticulous at their job. I love my new fireplace! Great service they did to fix my fireplace. It was not functional. Mr. Bulov fixed it right away with perfection.

We purchased a gas fireplace from East Coast Fireplace approximately two years ago. Ron, the owner, helped us design it and also gave us some recommendations to add some custom storage. When it was completed, my wife and I loved it and still do. About two months, I noticed two items that needed correction. I called the company and explained the situation and they agreed to correct the issues. Their office staff was professional, scheduled an appointment and told me I would receive a call from them the day before the appointment date to finalize the time of the technician's arrival. As promised, they called and the technician arrived during the agreed upon time frame. He was polite, professional and friendly. He fully explained what he was going to do and I think he was finished in thirty minutes. So, I highly recommend East Coast Fireplace and congratulate them for standing by their product.

We just had a custom Fireplace Mantel done by East Coast Fireplace and it came out BEAUTIFUL!!!! Dave helped me with the start and was extremely patient and very accommodating. Stayed in touch with me throughout the Design process. Allowed me to revise and make changes as we designed it together! Tom handled the installation process and again most accomadating and stayed in touch throughout! The wood Craftsman did an amazing job! The painting was also superb and top quality! Then the installation, the guys were meticulous, clean & true professionals! I would definitely use this company again! Even the girls who answered the phones were pleasant we often joked around! We upgraded our gas fireplace insert. Everyone we dealt with was great. Service was excellent. Tom was good on informing us on everything that was happening. The guys who came to the house were immaculate. I almost didn’t use this company because of the bad reviews, but I’m glad I went with my instincts and gave them a try. I would highly recommend them.

As a result of some strong winds, the caps on my chimney came loose. I received a referral by a prominent contractor to call EAST COAST FIRE PLACE. I spoke with the office manager who immediately set me up with a time when there servicemen could come to my home. when the servicemen arrived on the scheduled day and time they inspected my chimney. They found significant damage to the liner and surrounding masonry. They gave me an itemized estimate for the repair. They began the project on time and worked diligently until its completion keeping me 100% informed of their progress along the way. The two servicemen worked as a team, were very professional and knowledgeable in their trade. The project turned out to be more involved than I had originally thought due to the age of the chimney and the damage from the storm. The servicemen were able to managed the challenges professionally due to their knowledge and determination. I was very satisfied with the good communication I had with the office of EAST COAST FIRE PLACE during the repair process.

Before a called EAST COAST FIRE PLACE I read some reviews that were not complementary to the company. I called them anyway due to the referral I had. I am very glad I did. Based on my recent experience with EAST COAST FIRE PLACE I strongly recommend them.

Thanks to Glen from East Coast Fireplace, my fireplace is working 100%. Showed up on time and did the job right! He rebuilt my lower panel. It was a time consuming job, but it was done with precision. Kept my place neat, and cleaned up after the job was completed.

We hired East Coast Fireplace to remodel our dated wood-burning fireplace. East Coast installed new glass doors and installed the stone. We couldn't be happier- it came out beautiful. Would definitely recommend East Coast to friends and family.

Worth the wait

I went to East Coast Fireplace in Manalapan and I was really happy overall with my service. I was interested in purchasing a new fireplace and decorative surround. They have a huge showroom which made choosing a bit difficult but the salesperson Bruce helped me out and explained all the details about each selection. We decided on a Mendota fireplace and Cultured Stone surrounding the fireplace. The installation was long and complicated with many appts all of which were met on time and on schedule. Once they had to come back becaus we weren't ready but they never complained. The firepalce is finally finished and we LOVE IT!! Gerat job and we highly recommend their work.

I needed a fireplace for my addition. I went to three other places. East coast fireplace had the best showroom, friendliest and most knowledgeable staff and the best prices!
