Service has always been wonderful. They offer packing & shipping services. Very easy to use for any Amazon returns.
I arrived near the end of the day. Mandy greeted me at the door, held the door open for me, & when she realized I had multiple boxes, she helped me carry them inside.
I mistakenly scheduled an Amazon return at a different location. She helped me cancel that, so I could reschedule it using the UPS store. She quickly processed my Amazon returns. Then I had 2 boxes ready to be shipped, but they needed labels. I also had 2 big boxes that needed packing services. She answered all my questions & efficiently processed everything. This caused her to stay after closing time, & she did it all with a huge smile! Fantastic customer service!

I had no idea they did printing, and stumbled across this over the holidays. We finally got around to designing some family cards, and used UPS to print. High quality, affordable and customized! We're very happy with the results and will be using them next year instead of a huge chain office supply store.

This is an excellent UPS store. The staff and management are kind, considerate, and helpful. They are very knowledgeable, efficient, and reasonable. They do a great job. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

I never fully trust package security wherever I live over the years and this store's mailbox feature has been AMAZING for that!

Michael who helped me set it up is very kind and Mariah (I believe that's her name I apologize if it's not) who seems to be in charge of the shift whenever I go in is kind as well and always SUPER prompt

I went in today to send out 3 different packages. An employee named Erin and I believe a trainee help me today. They were extremely nice and knowledgeable. This UPS has great customer service! Thank you!

Have always had a good experience at this location. This morning the gentleman working was so kind in helping an elderly woman navigate the card reader with such respect and patience. Such a refreshing change from the impatience and eye rolling that you typically see when an elderly person is faced with the ever changing card reader systems.

I visited this store after my son passed away needing help with printing out things for his funeral. I don't remember the names of the wonderful, compassionate and caring women that helped me. I even received a hug from one of them when I was having a rough moment and crying. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Opening at 8 am made it easy to get my package shipped so I could be at my next appointment. Ryan was super cool to work with for getting everything taken care of and knowing what my shipping options were!

NEW OWNERSHIP BRINGS NEW EXPERIENCE We have used this location for our business very often for several years. It was never a very welcoming place, but that has all changed now. Not only has the new owner brought a culture of friendliness, he even went above and beyond to call us recently when we had an issue and took extra steps to help us solve it. The great service will go miles to mend the damaged reputation of this location. A+

I almost didn't go here because of the bad reviews. That said I am extremely pleased with the service I recieved. The woman who assisted me was very pleasant. Maybe my experience was good because I am an employee of UPS but I would not hesitate to come back.

Spectrum informed me that when I move to my new place, they'll send me new equipment since my old equipment was out of date. I dropped off the old equipment at this UPS store, got home to open my new equipment that was delivered, & realized it didn't include a router. I had just returned my router with the old equipment since I forgot that was not part of Spectrum's stuff. I called asking if I could come pick up the router and staff working on Sunday 11/14/21 dug through the boxes (since it was already boxed up for return with the modem/cables), got out the router and associated power cord, and held onto it in the store until I could come back the following day. Thank you for the extra effort!

Let me first describe my relationship with the store. I have been a medium box renter for multiple years for use as an address with my entrepreneurial endeavors and a general ship location for my personal packages since I do not like the mail security of my apartment complex. I have rarely, if ever, sent UPS packages so I cannot comment on that aspect of their business. Bill and Matt (the main two guys) know me by name and have always been friendly and kind. They have been very accommodating to the size, volume, and sometimes long duration of time in-between my pickups (due to travel). I will say that their busiest months seem to be August (when parents are sending packages to college kids) and December (the holiday season). During these times you can likely expect a bit of a backlog. Also, they seem to have heavy traffic 5pm-6pm (just before closing), so if you stop by during these times just expect a little bit of a wait, but I wouldn't say that the wait times are uncharacteristic of any busy small business. For anyone doubting, this is not a paid review.

Just shipped today, something I'm not frequently doing. The gentleman working was as polite and friendly as I have ever experienced in the service industry. Excellent experience.
