Best Western Waukesha Grand

We had a wonderful stay! Staff was great and the breakfast was fantastic! Very clean and comfortable rooms too! Pool and hot tub were both very clean and well kept. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It's close to stores and restaurants and right off the highway. Also I love how affordable the prices were.

Great clean, comfy hotel. Staff was awesome and friendly. Only took 1 star off because the curtains could be a little wider to cover the whole window more easily, especially on the 1st floor.

The room was very clean and very nice. I appreciated the hot breakfast. Breakfast included biscuits and gravy and eggs on the day that I was there along with standard continental breakfast fare. I also appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. Having a refrigerator in the room made things easy as well. I would recommend it to anyone visit Waukesha, particularly if you are traveling with a dog.

We try to stay here as often as we possibly can.
Very clean, very friendly staff, awesome breakfast, and honestly there's nothing negative we can say.
We would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a really great place to stay.

We have stayed here a few different times for kids sporting events. Wonderful hotel from check in to check out. Friendly staff, clean hotel, bed was very comfortable and breakfest was fresh and hot.

Something about this hotel spoke to me. Breakfast choices were warm, but so so. Still a useful breakfast with warm egg patties, sausage, waffles, cereal, outmeal packets, etc. But the vibe was quiet and welcoming. Room clean and comfortable

Location is a little far, but it is clean, low key and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The setup for breakfast is very nice.

It was a great hotel for a great price. But the Location of the Enterince is at the Back instead of the Front. The rooms were okay, but it felt wet. Service was great, but they smoked at the front of the hotel. So if you're going in from the front, you will smell the smoke.

Very clean and comfortable. Room wasn't ready still 30 mins after arriving so clerk offered an upgrade. Really appreciated that as we need to get settled in to get ready for a wedding. Decent restaurant within walking distance.

Comfortable room, location just off the highway with multiple restaurant options in the area. Hot tub was great! Continental breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day.

The rest of the hotel makes up for the non ideal location. The room was clean and the bed was warm and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. First and foremost the Wi-Fi is solid, not a single interruption. I even stayed connected when I went outside to smoke in the car👍 it was also very quiet, I didn't hear any noise of any kind. Their pool area was spotless! Not a towel out of place. The staff is pleasant, the building clean and breakfast was great! I enjoyed the eggs, sausage and other options 😊

The location is very convenient to Waukesha and Pewaukee. The rooms are clean; but only include cleaning every fourth day. The breakfast is basic; but includes a waffle maker and a unique automatic pancake machine (think enclosed conveyor line).

We checked in after finding out the Ingleside did not have a hot tub or continental breakfast. We came here! Great Parking, Room service, Hot Tub, Clean and comfortable bed! Cheaper by $10. Kellie at the front desk was so polite and professional. Nice fireplace when you enter the hotel. Great breakfast. Thank you Kellie for booking us and keeping us close to the desk because we are seniors. Love this place. We will come here if we come back to Milwaukee for business. Oh. The expensive hotel didn’t have a microwave but this one does. I’d recommend this hotel. Thank you Kellie. You made our day better.

This is a pet friendly hotel and you wouldn't know it walking through the door. Breakfast was great with biscuit,sausage, eggs and gravy. Also all of the usual grab and go fare.
The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and the hot tub, pool area was very nice 👌

The rooms where nice, the employees where nice and they have a in door pool. The hotel is nice and clean and I would definitely stay here again if I go back to the area plus this hotel is pretty much right next to a gas station, pizza place, McDonald's, grocery store and alot of other places u may need to stop at while here and the expo center (where we went for a wrestling match) is 2 miles up the road so it was a 5 minute drive to the expo center then back to our hotel after which was nice because of how late it was when we got done at our event. it was very quiet. I love that it's pet friendly and the fact that I couldn't hear any of the people's pets that were staying there and I love that this hotel is right by the interstate, they offered free Wi-Fi which I had no issue using or watching movies and they even allowed me to check in at 2:00 instead of 3 since I got into town almost 2 hours earlier than planned even though they said check in was at 3 (good thing about traveling in winter and when its not a holiday) I would definitely recommend staying here.

Kellie and the staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The room was clean and the breakfast area was well-stocked. I would use and recommend this location again.

The rooms are nice, customer service is accommodating and the pool is always perfect temp. Never too crowded. Its nice that they have guests make reserved hour slots as a precaution for social distancing. Its nicer that way anyways to have it family time private. The hot tub rooms are also very nice but we werent in that this time. We just wanted to hang out and swim.

Very friendly staff, room was clean, king size bed was very comfortable, and with my rewards account. it was $88 for the night. It was a pleasant, comfortable stay. Also just across the street from Starbucks!
