Our family mechanic! We’ve been taking our vehicles to Brandon here at Grant’s since I can remember. Even as a little girl, I remember my mom bringing her van here and now as a married adult, me and my husband bring our cars here too. Great communication, no BS, high quality work done with care. They stay busy, so you have to drop your vehicle off to have work done, no “while you wait” service.

These guys have serviced my vehicles for more than a decade. They are incredibly honest, fair, and extremely good at what they do. You might have to wait a few weeks to get your vehicle in, but that should tell you something about their quality.

They’re very friendly and honest and they do an effective job. I’m grateful to have found a a place that doesn’t take advantage.

My fuel pump had gone out and they were on top of getting it done as soon as they could. They even suggested that if I needed it sooner, that the dealership has one on hand for about $100 more. I appreciated them even suggesting that.

When I came in the first time to pick my car up, they showed me my fuel pump. The second time I went to go pick it up, they called me to let me know they went to start it and something else was going on and they wanted to get it looked at and fixed before returning it back.

I feel like they genuinely care about their customers and strive to make sure everything is done to the best of their ability and that their customers are completely satisfied. My family and I will definitely be back when our cars need any maintenance or repair.

Love these guys. Always feel like I get an honest evaluation and price.

I have been taking my cars to Brandon and Jimmy for quite a few years now. All I can say is that I won't go anywhere else! They're honest guys that do great work, and that's not always easy to find now days. They're both friendly, down to earth, and interested in turning clients into friends. You wont find an auto shop that does better work. Thanks for all you have done for my family!

How anyone could give these guys less than 5 stars is beyond me These guys have been my go to mechanics for 10 years now and have never ever let me down. They are honest, dependable and professional. Could not be happier with them! I wish I could give them 10 stars!

This is the BEST place to have your vehicle serviced. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and HONEST. They do not try to upsell you any thing that is not needed. Their prices are extremely affordable. I believe they are owner operators. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else!

I don’t take the time to write reviews often, but occasionally it is warranted, and never more so than after my visit to Grant’s Auto here in Ogden, UT. I was driving to Portland, OR. on a tight schedule when the SUV I was in started making a noise as if the undercarriage was dragging and catching wind. Not a huge issue, but one that could set you back a few hours with the wrong kind of help. I pulled up maps and Grant’s was right off the freeway, so I pulled in. The guys were busy, but stopped everything to help get me back on the road. It only took a few minutes, but the help they gave was worth $20-$50 to me FOR SURE, but they refused payment, saying only to stay safe and have a good day. Now I would never expect free labor, and that’s certainly not even what stands out above their prompt and friendly service, but it sure says something about their character. God bless this business and the gentleman working here. I highly recommend Grant’s Auto. Thanks again fellas. I’ll not soon forget the kindness you showed a stranger.

Absolutely steller people, who do nothing but their best. I have taken my truck in to them many times and they have taken care of every problem. They even take some time to explain to me the problem and how it works and what they did to fix it. Great people, great service, great price.

First time ever using them. Made an appointment, and they jumped right on it. Some one else's mistake and they fixed, and then said no charge. Dealer wanted to tear the whole dash a part, and charge hundreds of dollars. They are honest, efficient, and knowledgeable. I will definately be taking all my cars there in the future.

If Grant's service won't fix it I don't buy it. They are the most honest and amazing mechanics I have ever met. No one is better.

I took my truck to Grant's yesterday for the first time because I had license plate light that refused to work when I tried to change the bulb. When I went to pick it up, they explained that the problem had been a little dab of solder on the bulb that was in the wrong place. So they simply hit it with a torch to melt the solder and were able to stick it into the socket. NO CHARGE.

I"m older, and the bulb was located in a place where I simply could not get my eyes to focus to see what I was doing. I expected to pay a bunch for this because it may have been necessary to disassemble the inside of the rear door on the van.

I refuse to use repair shops at any of the big auto dealers because of past experiences. I try to have all my repair work done by independent mechanics. My previous mechanic had retired and Grant's was recommended by a good friend. She was right. THEY ARE GREAT.

And judging from other comments here, she and I aren't the only ones who think that.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Jim, and Brandon for the last 20 years. They have worked on all of our vehicles ranging from 1968 Chevy truck to 2012 Jeep Liberty. Their work and prices can't be beat and you won't find mechanics that are as friendly or honest as Jim and Brandon. I live in South Salt Lake and still take my cars to Grants. The value that Grants is as a Mechanic service is worth the Drive. THANKS AGAIN GENTLEMEN FOR ALL YOU DO!!!!!!

Brandon, is great to work with and always works with you in whatever you need. Its great to have a mechanic that you can trust and rely on when you even have the simplest of questions about your car. He is willing to make sure that you don't spend more than you need to.

I was told exactly what was going to be done and given a cost before they did any alterations. The people were nice and took time to explain the diagnosed problem and what they needed to do to fix it.The price point for service was the best I've found and the value is well worth it!

Their service is the best they take the time needed to do the repair right they always make sure that the work they have completed is done right even if it take a extra day to complete before the customer takes it home. I have been completely satisfied with their quality of work

Jim and Brandon are honest, respected, and fair. I recommend this shop to anyone looking to change. They are so good that they are busy and booking weeks out most of the time.
