Mr. Tubman is a great lawyer, gets you results. He is also a very blunt person and will tell you what you will NEED to hear, not what you WANT to hear and that's what I love about him.

i went to Irwin D Tubman with a impossible case I almost lost my home and every I ever worked for when I first meet him how assuring he was I knew he was my lawyer with no hesitation I hired him he got me more than I ever thought I will ever get considering I was going to get evicted from my own home anyone reading this I tell you he is tuff and wont take no for an answer I will always use Mr Irwin D Tubman for any work done by a lawyer he will give results incredibly amazing the way he works I will hate to have him against me in court I can only give five stars he deserves 10

Irwin represented us on a real estate closing, very thorough and closing went very very smoothly. The attorney on the other side made a very nice comment on Irwin.

Mr Tubman called me directly taking my number off my post on the LegalMatch site and then proceeded to engage in a long egotistical rant claiming he was not actually part of the site (but they wanted him very badly to join) During his ridiculous over the top rant he deliberately tried to make me feel stupid and place himself in the role of “my savior” talked over me when I tried to frame an intelligent question, and I one point ordered me to stop talking. At the point where he sensed I was hesitating to hire him, he switched it into high gear and implied I needed to man up and solve my situation by hiring him I hung up. He immediately called back and continued to belittle me for not seeing he was the only right choice to solve my legal issue. It took a half hour for my blood pressure to return to normal. Avoid this aggressive bully at all cost. He needs serious counseling or perhaps a stay in a “hospital” I intend to contact LegalMatch and the appropriate ethics board and file a complaint. LegalMatch needs to do a better job screening who they allow to contact those in need of legal help. I was looking for a glass of water and this cartoon of a bad stereotype of a lawyer doused me with gasoline and threatened to light a match.

Everything you can think of that is a stereotypical, snake of a lawyer is this man.

He ruined my child custody and decided to conveniently drop out during a mediation which he told me was not set in stone. He told me just accept whatever they say because it will not go my way and he will figure out the rest in court. Turns out it was all permanent.

I told him I did not want to rip my children from their childhood home and his response to that was, let’s see how much money we can get by forcing my ex-husband to sell our home.

He sent emails back and forth that didn’t make any sense, only to realize after that he was trying to paint a picture that I was difficult to work with, so I couldn’t sue him in court.

I was in a vulnerable state and he took advantage of me. That is his moral code. ZERO.

Horrible human being and very unprofessional. All he did was email back and forth, confuse and lie to me. When it came time to do the real work at a mediation he decided to not represent me and take all of my money. I ended up with the worst possible custody settlement that I am struggling to find another lawyer to reverse. My new lawyer said “Women with addictions and schizophrenia have more time with their kids than this. He did you a disservice.” I have neither of those. I am a fully functioning human being that went through a traumatic misdiagnosis that my sociopathic ex husband used against me. It was a confusing time and Tubman did not fight back.he also asked me on the phone once, ‘Would you ever date someone my age?’ I would give him negative stars if I could.

This man is THE definition of rude. Insulting, belittling. And demands extreme amounts of money for something I could type up and fax myself in less than 5 minutes. If you actually want your lawyer to be on your side, instead of telling you that you are an idiot , I suggest you pick someone else.

Unprofessional documents that he submitted to the court had a lot of typographical errors.. overpriced for work I could do myself!!!
