Nancy has helped us plan 7 Sandals vacations, including our honeymoon and I wouldn’t book with anyone else! She knows what all the resorts have to offer and can help you choose the perfect resort and location for you whether you like the beach, pool, golfing, excisions or even a quiet trip. Since 2018, I have used Nancy Finn from Island Getaways to book all my Sandals and Beaches trips (total of seven trips). Beginning in 2021, my family and I have taken my younger sister on an annual birthday vacation to Beaches Negril. Each year Nancy has ensured we are given the best treatment including booking our annual dinner on the beach for us and requesting specific staff (if applicable). In addition to Beaches, my husband and I have taken an annual Sandals trip since our honeymoon. Nancy has always arranged excursions and private transportation for us on our behalf. We literally show up and everything is done for us! If we need to push our trip back for us, she does it. If Sandals is running a promotion for our room category, she notifies us and has saved us money several times!! She IS the definition of customer service, and we will continue to use her as our travel agent for our vacations!

Nancy and her team at Island Getaways were so wonderful to work with! She was super responsive to all of our questions as well as those of our guests and was terrific at connecting us with the right people at El Dorado Royale to help us pull off our dream wedding. Nancy stayed connected with us every step of the way, helped schedule conference calls with the wedding coordinators at the resort, perfectly booked our room and our guests' rooms based on what we were looking for and made sure all of our transports to/from the airport were scheduled appropriately. Having never personally met Nancy before this experience, I feel like she has definitely become a close friend. My husband and I both agree that there is no way we could have planned our wedding so effortlessly and perfectly without all of Nancy's help and guidance. Nancy helped plan a trip to Mexico for my Husband and I to El Dorado Casitas, and her and her team were AMAZING! They Were very responsive and answered all questions I had. It was my first time out of the country, but Nancy explained the whole process from passports, to airport, transportation, resort, excursions, etc... to let me know what to expect and put me at ease. The resort she recommend was outstanding and we could not have asked for anything better. The food and drinks were awesome and the entertainment was a blast! I highly recommend going to Fuentes culinary experience with the wine pairing upgrade- you wont be disappointed! My husband and I worked with Nancy Finn from Island Getaways for our destination wedding. We told her we were looking for a resort that was not just a hotel on the beach. She recommended El Dorado Royale which surpassed our expectations! Nancy was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting connected with my wedding coordinator at the resort, assisting with flights and airport transfers, and organizing and coordinating my guests. Her and her team went above and beyond to assist one of my guests in changing flights, even staying on the phone for 7+ hours per day with the airline. Nancy upgraded our room and our airport transfer to a limo! She was responsive and always there to answer questions and find the answer if she was unsure. We just got back from another wonderful vacation booked my Nancy Finn at Island Getaways. This was our second trip through Nancy and everything was perfectly seamless once again. I even had a few questions while she was out of the country and she got back to me right away and had everything taken care for us.

I want to express my appreciation for Nancy and her assistant Emily at My Island Getaways. They were amazing to work with and their communication was extremely helpful! During these crazy times (COVID-19) they made sure to keep us up to date with everything when traveling to St. Lucia. They were both available during our stay in St. Lucia to answer all of our questions. We LOVED the helicopter ride that Nancy recommended we do and the Sunset cruise to visit the Piton's was astonishing. We started to plan this trip a year ago. Not knowing where we wanted to go, we asked our expert travel agent Nancy Finn from Island Getaways. Nancy is the local travel guru, who knows her resorts well, and gets to know her clients, designs the perfect trip for them. Being a Karisma resort superstar Nancy knew that we would be well taken care of at the El Dorado Casitas. Everyone knows Nancy at the El Dorado, her status does not go unrecognized!! We will never book a trip out of the country again without the guidance of Nancy and her team at Island Getaway!

Our experience with The Island Getaways team was a very pleasant experience . Our Nancy agent went above and beyond the call of duty to deliver us the ceremonial experience of a lifetime in Negril at Beaches Resort. We were treated like royalty if I say so myself. We had our destination wedding at Generations Spa & Resort in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We chose this resort per recommendation from our amazing travel agent, Nancy Finn with Island Getaways. We worked together for over a year and it was a relatively seamless process. She was very responsive and showed a lot of care for our big day. She even surprised us with some upgrades e,g, limousine to and from the Cancun airport, and a room upgrade. We highly recommend her for all your travel needs especially if you're considering a destination wedding.

We celebrated our anniversary at Sandals Grande Antigua in September. Nancy Finn from My Island Getaways made our trip flawless. Especially during The Covid Pandemic and uncertainty Nancy made sure we could still travel when we wanted to. When we missed our flight and we were going to lose a night on vacation, Nancy made the transition to arrive the following day flawless. It definitely makes a difference having a travel agent and I would always recommend My Island Getaways.

My husband and I recently travelled to Sandals Royal Caribbean in Jamaica. We booked our vacation with Nancy Finn from Island Getaways and she was terrific. I initially found Nancy over a year ago after lots of rave reviews about her services. I had been hoping to travel to Sandals in St Lucia this past summer and she helped me to get booked and gave me so much great information about Sandals. Unfortunately I had to cancel that trip due to unforeseen work circumstances and she was very understanding and helped me take care of the cancellation very easily.

When the opportunity came up for us to travel this fall, I knew I had to get back in touch with Nancy because she had been so helpful with our original reservation.This time we chose Jamaica - out of the many options in Jamaica, we wanted to make sure we found the resort with the right vibe for us. I had tons of questions about the different Sandals resorts in Jamaica, and room types once we chose one, and she provided lots of helpful info and helped us plan a wonderful vacation that was exactly what we were looking for. She sent us info and a video link about the butler service so we would know what to expect there. I don't usually use a travel agent but found it so helpful as she had the knowledge and experience to take care of all of the details very professionally. Nancy was very responsive by email and phone, and there were lots of emails and phone calls back and forth to make sure all of our questions were answered and everything was taken care of. She and her assistant Jeni really took all of the stress out of the planning process so we could focus on looking forward to our vacation.

I had also heard of Club Mobay and when I inquired about that Nancy was able to book it for us with a discounted rate. The day before we left for our trip it turned out that the tour operator had given Club Mobay the wrong airport for our arrival and departure (through no fault of Island Getaways - they had provided the correct info well in advance) and Jeni went back and forth with them multiple times through phone and email to make sure it was corrected so we could get the documentation we needed to travel the next day. I was so grateful for the help with this, as the day before we left I was swamped tying things up at work and having a travel agent to help with confirmations and making sure all was ready for our trip was invaluable.

Nancy contacted Sandals personally before our arrival to make sure we got a great room in the category we booked, upgrades if available, and to let them know my birthday was the day we were due to arrive. Once we were checked in it was clear we got the best room in the category we booked (no upgrades were available but that was fine as we were very happy with the level we had booked). If we could have chosen it ourselves, it is exactly the room location we would have wanted. They had the room decorated specially to wish me a happy birthday, complete with a bottle of champagne.

We will definitely be contacting Nancy and Island Getaways for our future resort vacations and highly recommend her!

Destination Wedding: Nancy Finn with Island Getaways made our dream wedding into a reality. Nancy not only helped us pick the resort with advice from her own experiences and supported us during our year of planning, she kept in constant contact with the resort once we were in Jamaica to ensure everything went seamlessly on our special day. The personal wedding planners and staff at the resort were wonderful--very accommodating to any request. Nancy Finn did absolutely everything for us. This is now our third trip booked through Nancy and all we have to do is tell her a few thoughts and she takes it from there. She knows exactly what destination to recommend to us based on budget, what we want, etc. and has been 3/3 in picking the exact right place for us.

Right when we get to our resort, it was obvious Nancy had done alot. Everybody already knew we were coming and we didn't even have to go to the front desk to check in! Once we entered our room, we found out she had already made all of our dinner reservations and even made sure we had a special bottle of champagne for our romantic trip.

I can't say enough about Nancy Finn and Island Getaways. When you think of the services the ideal travel professional provides, Nancy goes above and beyond that. I first met Nancy when I was torn between two resorts. Nancy was incredibly familiar with both and was able to provide advice on which better suited our family, without being pushy about it. Emails I would send in the middle of night were answered within minutes. Frequent communication through phone and email to review and explain all details of our vacation- Nancy quickly becomes a friend of the family. If that wasn't enough, Nancy was able to get us free room upgrades every time we've booked through her, as well as provide free, private airport transportation.

When my brother asked me why book through a travel consultant when you can make all travel arrangements on the internet, it was easy to tell him how Nancy's experience, professionalism, and deep caring made us feel like members of an elite club. We will never use anyone else.
