Dennis Richards: Allstate Insurance

When I was with Progressive, my boyfriend's door swung open on my vehicle and dented another vehicle. My insurance went from $70 a month to $100 a month. I started shopping around. My sister recommended talking to Christine. I'm so glad I did. She explained all my options to me and is extremely knowledgeable. My coverage with them is significantly better and significantly cheaper. I'm so glad I talked to her and that I'm getting such a good deal.

The Richards have taught me SO much about how insurance works. As a person in her early 20’s, I knew very little about insurance, from types of coverages to how to make a claim. After teaming up with Dennis and Christine, I feel more confident buying a home with them by my side. I got such amazing coverage and support, that I bragged about them to my parents. My parents got a quote and now they are also customers of Christine and Dennis. We don’t just feel like any “customers” though, we feel part of the Richards Group family.

I highly recommend The Richards Group. From the start I could tell Dennis and Christine truly care about their clients. Christine explained everything in our policies so well and was very patient answering my many questions. With competitive prices and great people, we happily switched our policies to Allstate!

I came to their agency when I got a proposed renewal for my homeowners insurance from Liberty Mutual which had a $500 increase (40%!!!!). Luckily Dennis & Christine were able to look at everything in my current policy and find me a much better fit with Allstate. Amazingly, they were able to increase my coverage drastically (almost double on my car insurance) and cover my house, car, ATV, and a personal umbrella all for less than Liberty Mutual wanted to charge me. Plus they're super easy to work with!

Christine and Dennis are a great team and have been extremely easy to work with. They really take the time to explain why they recommend what they do and they are very thorough to make sure we have coverage for all of our "what ifs". They go out of their way to make you feel like a valued customer.

They are wonderful. Christine was so helpful, explaining everything to me in an easy manner, and making sure I was comfortable with all of the coverages they were recommending. They took care of everything from setting up the new policies to cancelling our old ones. I'm looking forward to working with them for years to come!

Dennis and Christine are amazing when we were looking for a new insurance company to go with they helped us out so much to get us the best rates possible. They truly go the extra mile for their customers. I would recommend them to anyone.

When they say you are there extended family they really mean it! We hit a deer after hours at 7pm and they stopped what they were doing at home to help me file my claim!! The next day I had rental car waiting and got my car in the shop! By far the best insurance agent I have ever had! I will never go anywhere else! They saved us a bunch of headaches! Finally an insurance company that makes me feel like more than just a number. Dennis Richards and his staff have made me see insurnace companies in a different light. Some of the most professional people I have spoken with over the phone. On my boyfriends birthday they called to wish him a happy birthday! Dennis Richards and his team are seriously incredible!

I try to surround myself with hard working and honest people, and Dennis is definitely one of those. He is always going out of his way to do what is best for his clients, no matter what. He takes the time to keep in touch with his clients to make sure that they are protected as well as they want to be, as well as offering advice from his years in the industry. Dennis & Christine are great to work with! Christine makes sure everything is explained & works hard at comparing apples to apples not apples to oranges when looking at coverages for auto & home. It's rewarding to know that someone is looking out for your best interest when it comes to coverages not just going for the "sale". You can even contact them on a weekend when you purchase a new vehicle. Christine got coverage on said vehicle right away & supplied needed information for dealership to provide proof of insurance.

The Richard agent in waukesha across the McDonald's in Meadowbrook is the best place to go to get your auto, roadside and rental insurance for the price of one. They are always there for people like me that always have so many questions to ask. I strongly recommend people such as teenage people to get their insurance from Allstate from the Richard team. If it wasn't for them I would probably pay alot more money for all of these three insurances.

Christine has really gone above and beyond any other Insurance agents & companies I've had before. I switched agencies after being involved in an accident that took several agonizing & stressful months to finally receive a favorable decision that I had not at all been at fault. MY "agent" I had during that stressful time was very unprofessional & treated me like I was just a number in a very big stack of overdue "To-Do's,"-NOT like an agent that is in my corner, working to get me what I needed, & advocating FOR ME.
