Foxhaven Apartments

I lived at Foxhaven for 5 years and loved it. I recently relocated to the Fox Valley area and was really sad to leave this community. The people are nice, I always had great neighbors. The property manager when I left, Sam, was amazing! He took care of anything so quickly. The apartment layouts are nice and I never heard my neighbors. Very dog friendly and just an overall great place to live. Also super convenient to everything in Waukesha and Brookfield, yet you get the feel of quiet country living. I really miss living there, it is a gem of a community.

Having just become a member of the Foxhaven community I want to applaud property manager Sam . Sam is very personable.
Sam always makes me feel welcome as he gives me his full attention. Sam shares necessary information and responds asap to phone call inquiries. His reliability and kindness are qualities that are contagious and makes the community a great place to live in.
Kudos to Sam and the staff for the great service they provide.

I have lived at Foxhaven for 13 years and absolutely LOVE it!! Sam, the property manager is the BEST!! He truly cares about the property, both inside and out, and does a superb job of attending to any and all maintenance requests and upgrades required. He goes out of his way to nurture a community atmosphere with seasonal gatherings for the residents. He even bought cream puffs during the state fair and invited residents to stop by and get one, on him! I've seen different property managers come and go over the years, and Sam is an exceptional manager. I hope he stays here for a long time! Chuck, the maintenance man, is also great and incredibly responsive to maintenance requests, no questions asked. The location is excellent, the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. I honestly can't say enough good things about living here. Come and check it out.....you'll see what I mean!

I love living at Foxhaven. Being an owner of a dog it is especially nice to have a great road to walk your dog. It has all the amenities I need! First you have your own entryway, which is much better than walking down a hallway to get into your apartment. Second, each apartment has its own washer and dryer! I’m in my 60s and that’s a must! Also you have your own garage and one parking spot. Since moving from a house I really need the extra storage space. Everyone is very friendly and management is great to work with! Never had a problem getting something done in a timely manner. Overall it’s a great place to live!

Sam has been a great support to us at every step. He was always available when we needed help, and he addressed all issues on time. We thank Sam and maintenance person Chuck for providing us such a great experience during our stay.

Great place to live! Staff is amazing, and maintenance is outstanding
I moved in 2 weeks ago. I must say I really enjoy living here. The staff Stacy here is amazing and very helpful providing all the details of my move. Community is very well maintained. This apartment has a real homey feel to it, which is difficult to find in an apartment.

Foxhaven apartments at Waukesha was our home for last 7 years. When I look back at our stay, I do get a good feeling about it. Here are some Pros and Cons:

Pros:
- Nice construction. Strongly built. Walls and floors are Not flimsy as some other apartments I have lived before.
- Aesthetically beautiful. They do the landscaping, exterior painting, roof replacement at regular intervals.
- Every unit has separate access doors. This gives a feeling of a single family home in an apartment setting.
- Spacious! We really liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living area. Two bedrooms were big as well.
- Superb maintenance! All our issues were addressed immediately whenever we raised any maintenance request - be it electrical, mechanical, plumbing or carpentry related.
- It is a very safe locality. Did Not see any unlawful activities in the apartment complex in all the 7 years we had lived there. Very peaceful.
- Management is good. Goga is helpful and is willing to listen in every situation. :) They will make you feel at home.
- Location is great. A lot of shops, grocery markets, fast food joints, eateries are within a 5 minute of driving distance!

Cons:
- School district is Not that great. But Not a fault of the apartment. Please keep in mind the elementary school assigned to this location is one of highest-rated in the entire state! But the middle and high schools do Not have any good rating! So please be aware.
- The nearby roads do Not have any walking strips. No place to do a morning walk or evening stroll outside the apartment complex.
- No community room, playground or pool for the residents to enjoy. Management should plan of adding them in future. But again, personally I was Not that worried about these!

Sam is an excellent property manager!! I am a first time renter and he made the process as simple and enjoyable as possible for me. Would recommend for any renters, first time or otherwise!

I appreciate the hard work Chuck has provided by completing a number of repairs for my apartment and in the past my garage! He does a fantastic job and never delays maintenance orders! Thank you!!

During a recent maintenance experience Jordan, Mgr & Chuck, Maintenance were extremely helpful. They both worked very hard to get the situation resolved. They were professional in every way. It is good to know I can rely on help when it is needed.

We toured the apartments and there are nice and look well maintained, the leasing person is also nice to work with.

It's an excellent & safe neighborhood for families and kids with easy access to businesses. The default elementary is Hillcrest and we were quite happy there. Good management overall and friendly maintenance that takes care of things in a timely fashion. The rental increases have been quite reasonable over time as long as you renew at the optimal lengths. The current manager in particular is quite excellent. We've been here some 7 to 8 years and would have stayed if there was a currently enforceable no smoking policy, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review.
