Places clean. Neat. We had the soup for a quick lunch as usual. Fabulous! Everything was great. They had limited amount of staff but not the service out of the park. Orders were prepared proper and promptly and the place is clean actually spotless nice to see that in a restaurant

I visited Panera on Friday July 7, 2023 and I had the most amazing experience! Not only was the food quality superb, I was sitting down and Bill, a part of the Delivery Team, comes over and gives me a cookie! He was extremely nice and I do hope he gets the recognition he deserves!

Fantastic food, drinks, service, and atmosphere! $8 - $15 a plate on average with drink.

Being in the Sip Club is SUCH a great perk! I’ve been taking advantage of it a bit. While I understand those grabbing waters as I pick up a large beverage, it’s such a great deal! If only there were more low carb options but I can certainly plan for a cheat day.

The food is fresh and first rate. I tend to have a hard time figuring out what I want to order, but that's just me. The rest room was very clean also.

Pizza was awesome! Kitchen sink cookie was the bomb!!

For items that Are PRE-MADE Where all they have to do is warm the meals up was expensive. At least they could make it worth the price and have a better presentation of their food. A cheap nasty tasting chips for a 14, 15.00 chicken sandwich. REALLY 😭

What happened to your bagels? They're so puffy and don't fit in my wide slot toaster anymore. They do taste as good either. No more bagels for me. Bought 6 only ate 1/2 of one...no more.

They gave us the small salad bowls and we had ordered the full size. Halfway through eating, we realized this. Called over the manager who completely refunded our money! How bout that for good customer service!

We really enjoyed Bill. The staff was very friendly. I got a salad with edame beans and it was delicious. My husband liked the spicy chicken sandwich..there were a lot of different ice teas,which he enjoyed

Love to sit for a good soup on a cold day. I've been in different locations and this one amazed me with the cookies. We don't have some of their selection in the west coast, loved the tofee- chocolate chip cookie

I did the rapid pick-up and it was done in 10 minutes when I got there. Everything was exactly as I ordered it and tasted great! The woman at the drive-thru window was very sweet. I understand it costs more than the local fast food dollar menu, but it tastes 100 times better and is much healthier!

So at the beginning our table was a little dirty from the lunch rush. The woman behind the counter, didn't catch her name, didnt pawn it off to someone else and decided to do it herself and apologized. Then the manager helped me bring one of my things that we ordered as I'm not going to do the waiter trick with soup. Food was great, service was great and everything was hot and right

Every time my husband and I go to Panera, we have a wonderful experience! We always get our food in a timely manner. The tables and chairs are always clean. Everyone who works there is always polite and very helpful. The food is wonderful!

Mediterranean vegetable sandwich is my favorite & their Mac & cheese. The best yet from any other sandwich place I've tried. I only go to Panera because they are much healthier & I have yet to have a bad sandwich. Even my grand sons & daughter love Panera.

I came 2 minutes late for breakfast, Jessi was in the process of changing the menu signs to lunch, BUT STILL GOT ME A BREAKFAST SANDWICH, YEAH!
For years I spoiled myself and stopped off at Panera in Mequon and only dreamed we’d have one in Sheboygan! THANKS PANERA! Not because for the first time every I’m sitting next to the managers (on their laptops) who are very personable, helpful and really dedicated to making this location work with GREAT FOOD and drink! And the last two years unfortunately their business has depleted, but still the place is half full inside, the drive through is busy and now the lunch crowd is starting to show up!

8/10 times our order will get delivered at the wrong house (not just Panera 🤷🤦) so we usually know to just go check after a few minutes of delivery. William must've known it wasn't right because I was in my car ready to back out as he pulled in. Thank you!!!!! Apologetic and extremely kind! This little gesture goes a long way!

Accidentally got nuts on my salad (allergy) tonight but Josh and team went above and beyond to deliver a new nut-free salad at no cost to me. So impressed by their courtesy and customer first mindset! Thank you!

First time visit, new location, loved it. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Country rustic loaf $8 plus tip, still enjoying it, as fresh a day one. Excellant menu and bakery.
