I appreciated that the Christmas holiday items and decor were conveniently located just as you entered the store getting me in the mood to 'shop til I nearly dropped'. Many items were on sale and a Kohl's % off coupon really helped me to save some $$$ getting ready for the holidays. The Kohl's cash was another bonus of my shopping experience.

When I went to check out, I was devastated, when the clerk told me my coupon was a day early. I had bath towel, wash clothes, hand towels, and about 5 sweaters and 5 tops. I said, oh, I guess I will have to put it all back and come back tomorrow and here I had been so lucky for the first time to fine all my sizes in the items I wanted. Joan said, oh, I will let you use your coupon, just this once, so I was so happy, also bought a $50 gift card for my hair dresser for Xmas. I love my Kohls store and I will look for Joan again, she was so helpful and made me feel really important as a Kohls customer. Thank you Joan

Purchased 511 jeans yesterday at full price not aware second pair was discounted half off. Both Cher & Rachel viewed my account today when I purchased the second pair of 511 jeans. I had no receipt and was given the discount. This did not have to happen, but it did due to two exceptional employees. Kohls has two very valuable assets to keep in these two great ladies. Thank You

Andrew ( Sheboygan, WI location) immediately greeted us with a smile and offer to help! We started out “just looking” but soon he jumped in to find a different size for me and went above and beyond for my sister, locating boots at the Fond du Lac store!

I was greeted yesterday by a pleasant and attractive young woman (Ok, probably TMI, but I digress) who met me at the door and offered to assist me. I'm a 76 year old man married 50 years so that whole male/female thing is not a thing. Nicole (not sure if that was her name, I AM 76) helped me to find jeans in a size that turned out to be problematic. Either 34/29 is a hot commodity or it's rare. Nicole was very pleasant and extremely helpful. Kudos, Kohls! This employee did you proud and makes me very open to starting my shopping at Kohls in the future.

The gal at the checkout was super helpful with explaining how things work with the Senior Discount as well as opening a charge card that saved me almost 1/3 on my bill.

I recently visited the Sephora in Kohl's Sheboygan and Felicia and Courtney were extremely helpful when I could not decide which eyeshadow to purchase! I am extremely grateful for the personalized care that the Sephora employees put into their job, that truly is appreciated (and rare, especially in today's world).
