The owner Tyler runs the shop beautifully. Very accommodating for anything you may need and is very knowledgeable about everything in the store.

Adam and Hank also are a great help and chill guys to talk with.

I've been going to this store for the last 5-6 years and I have never had a bad experience. I will go out of my way to stop here if I need anything.

You'll stop in once and realize you won't have to go to another shop again.

Tried a few different shops only because of where I lived. This is by far the best one. Tyler has always helped me find the right juice for my liking. I can honestly say I’ve never been disappointed with products or staff. Well worth the few extra miles!!

Only started going here recently but can see myself turning in to a regular customer. The store is clean and modern with lots of selections to chose from. Employees have been extremely helpful with any questions I have, as well as giving personal insight that creates a friendly atmosphere. Keep up the great work!

I was in your shop with my mom last night shortly before closing, and she had a lot of questions. Not once did we feel like a bother. We were told numerous times not to worry. That and the abundance of knowledge that the gentleman had will have me referring anyone I know to your shop. This is easily my favorite vape shop. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Their prices are better than most for juices. Even their hardware prices are decent for a shop. Their juice selection is great, and they get new flavors in often, so there's always something new to try. And their juices are quite good. Many shops have some good juices and some bad juices, but these guys have a solid, quality selection of juices.

Hank is so friendly, chill, and knowledgeable. Matt's pretty cool too. There was a turtle in the parking lot and Hank was kind enough to help it get back to the creek next door before getting back to hard vape shop work. Highly recommend this place!

I travel for work all over the state, this place has a good selection of equipment and juices & the prices are very fair. Probably one of the most reasonable priced shops I've been to regarding juice prices. I am a huge fan of Brew City Juices & there hasn't been a time yet that i walk in there when they don't have what i want in stock. Props guys, I am a return customer no doubt.

Tyler and Michael are fantastic. Great customer service from the moment you walk in the door. They are knowledgeable about the industry and the large product inventory they have. Great prices and will help you find what you're looking for. I drive past 3 other shops just to go here.

I only go here, and for good reason. I have been to many of the vapor shops in the Milwaukee, Waukesha county region and this is the best. The overall atmosphere is clean, friendly, and laid back. Tyler and Dave are more than happy to help, without being condescending, unlike your typical pushy sales people. I HIGHLY recommend Urban Myst and it's the only place that has earned my business and they will keep it with the level of service they provide.

This is by far the best shop I have had the pleasure of coming too. The Staff is friendly and beyond helpful. They are always fully stocked and are up date with new products and juices consistently coming in. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends *Hence the 5 stars!!!

All the dudes who work here are super knowledgeable, wide selection of juice flavors in both salt nic and regular juice. Nice clean display, local art on the wall, cute lil' fish tank. It's always a nice temperature in the store and they have seating areas that are seriously better than the furniture in my own house. I recommend this place to everyone I know who vapes.

Staff (Tyler) is so friendly and helpful. They help if u have questions and care about what u need. Not trying to just make a quick sale. Best vape shop and. Only place I go now.

UMA has knowledgeable, efficient, and helpful staff. It has a great atmosphere and great selection of devices and liquids.

The prices are very reasonable and I've been happy with both of my device purchases over the past couple of years.
