Agent Sue Derby helped us by a Condo in downtown Milwaukee. We have dealt with many realtors over the years, and I wil say quite truthfully that she was one of the best. Communication was excellent and she was always on top of things, knew the questions we had and concens we had before we even asked them. She did not leave a single detail unasked or unknown. Also, she encouraged us to do an "Accelerated" counter offer that we did not know even existed. Without this mechanism at her advice, we would not have gotten the property as there was another offer above the asking price. Great job Sue - happy to recommend her!
