I am not from around here but decided I would do a little Christmas shopping when I was in the area. I was a little hesitant when I saw the reviews for this store, but gave it a try anyway. I was greeted and asked if I needed help finding anything when I walked in the door. The checkout process was easy and Breanna was helpful and very pleasant.

Excellent staff. Had to make a return for a pair of shorts I had worn a few times but never fit true to size. They were kind enough to honor a refund and let me buy another pair at no cost. My wife and I come here frequently and are always pleased by how friendly the staff is.

Stopped in the new store space - it's beautiful, bright and huge! I can't wait to go back! I received incredible service from someone I believe was named Vicki! She helped me with leggings that had a hole in them - I was hoping for a patch or recommendation on how to fix, and she helped me get them back to corporate for further review and a new pair which I was not expecting. Thank you for going above and beyond at your store and for your customer service!

Paige just gave my Wife the Best service. Her product knowledge is absolutely amazing. She completely understood what my Wife was explaining and she went above and beyond to make sure we had an exceptional experience. I would totally recommend Paige at LuLu to Friends and Family. I brought in 2 pairs of my favorite leggings that had some stitching finally wearing out. I worked with Ashley to get them sent out for repair. The process was quick, simple, and exactly what she prepared me for. When I got the email notification that my leggings were ready to be picked up, I was so happy to see them looking brand new again and it was all done FREE OF CHARGE! Love the customer service, the quality of the product and the way they stand behind their brand. The new store is gorgeous - highly recommend!

In all of my experiences at this lululemon, I have always found the employees to be extremely hospitable, attentive, and helpful; and have made the shopping experience enjoyable for me- even if I don’t end up buying anything. I’ve often engaged in light, personable conversation with various employees about my experiences with different lines of their products and they have responded with authenticity, relatability and/or understanding.

And if I’m questioning which size/color/fit works best, I‘be been given genuine feedback and suggestions- if I don’t find a size, color, or product that I’m looking for, they are always willing to look it up and order it for me if it’s available. They have stood by their quality promise when I had an issue with an item in the past.

Overall, I love the the quality, comfort, and look of the lululemon products in general, and I recommend this particular location due to the fantastic customer service provided by their employees.

Brittany and Barbie were exceptional at helping my sister and I get leggings and bras that were comfortable, a perfect fit, and suitable for our needs. The store was clean and well laid out and the staff was friendly. Though Lululemon isn't somewhere for one to shop on a regular basis(because it's expensive) I would return just to have a conversation with the employees.

I’ve been looking for a pair of shorts that have been unavailable in my local stores for weeks. From searching online I found that they were available at this particular location (over 500 miles from where I’m located). I called the store and they were super helpful in locating what I wanted and I was able to buy them over them over the phone and get them shipped to my apartment. Great customer service!

The staff is super helpful and they have done such a great job navigating through the pandemic. A lot is out of their control and they have created a good way to get people in via the online reservation. The store is super clean, well organized, and always stocked with the best stuff!

I cannot say enough about my experience at lululemon in Brookfield. It was my first visit to the store and I am new to yoga. I wanted to make sure it was a good fit before I invested in a mat and was told lululemon had great mats. They were welcoming, so helpful and generous! Will definitely return to this store! Thank you to all the ladies working there today for your encouragement!

I went to Lululemon for the first time today and this store was absolutely amazing! A girl named Jenna assisted me and she was so overwhelmingly generous! If u ever have a chance to go, ask to be fitted by Jenna!

I LOVE IT HERE me and my mum tend to go here 7 times every 2 months the employees are always so nice but the customers always look us up and down bc we are poc aka people of color but the men there With there wifes always admire my mum

Phenomenal team & complimentary yoga every Saturday from 9-10am! Community Board inside also has lots of suggestions on local fitness places & classes if you're looking for new places to sweat.

The customer service is phenomenal. The selection is amazing. The layout of the store couldn’t be better.

Clothing is top quality but it wouldn't be what it is without the knowledgeable friendly staff. Is pricey but worth it for the quality you you receive.

The staff at this location is so amazing and helpful. I always enjoy shopping there.
