Baymont by Wyndham Waukesha

The receptionist was very professional and was very helpful in dealing with our mistake. This was one of those life happens trips that needed to be made on the fly. We budgeted our trip down to the dollar, shame on me for no wiggle room. However for the first time ever we ran into a problem, being that there would be a deposit we would have to make. Most of this trip was prepaid, we even had food with us budgeted down to the penny. We tried to work it out with Priceline first, would not be an issue if they mentioned this. We talked to customer service and the manager. This led to us being told our money was nonrefundable and there was nothing they could do.
The receptionist helped us with the dilemma even tho she did not need to. It's nice to know there are still good people in this world.

If you’re in the Waukesha area Baymont By Wyndham should be your place to stay! It’s extremely affordable! The staff is excellent, they go above an beyond to make sure you have a pleasant & comfortable experience/stay with them! The place is very clean an kept in tip top shape! I can’t say enough about them, don’t just take my word for it, stop in & see for yourself as well!!! They are also pet friendly!

I was there in Waukesha doing a job so the Baymont by Wyndham did the trick. A nice comfy bed, a hot shower and a hot cup of coffee in the morning. Everything was wonderful but I think they could add some different kinds of fruit instead of just one and serve some fresh donuts from the local bakery instead of just muffins. That is my only complaint and I don't think it is too bad. Not a bad place to stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for my birthday it was amazing I second thought on the reviews but go ahead it’s amazing no bed bugs no mold pool was big and amazing had great fun will definitely stay here again💙

I took a break from work during the past Labor Day weekend 2023 with the purpose to recharge. I first booked a room for 2 days I found this hotel to be very quiet & relaxing the comfort level was outstanding so I decided to stay 2 more nights for a total of 4 days the staff was very accommodating to my needs.The room was priced well around $400.00 for the extended stay I would recommend this motel for a quick get away it was very close to all stores & restaurants all within walking distance. I’m planning a return visit in a few months this is my first choice. Thank you for making my much needed relaxation recharge.

Rooms are affordable, bed was cozy, room was warm, the entire place was peaceful and quiet. Just the refreshment I needed. Oh they serve warm breakfast every morning. The service all in all for the price was excellent!

All the staff I interacted with were polite and knowledgeable. They check you in quickly and efficiently. I asked for suggestions on place to visit and they gave me great ideas. Also they have a pool that is well maintained. The breakfast is great they have eggs, ham, sausage, bagels, bread, and even have a waffle machine and fruits. The rooms are clean and have big tvs mounted on the wall that you can turn to different angles. The bathrooms are pleasant as well. Will come back again stayed multiple times already

We did not pay for or expect frills. Our room was upgraded. One of the owners was onsight and checked with us within 15 minutes to make sure we were happy with our accommodations. Breakfast is continental, equal to every other place with that type of breakfast. I would stay here next time I need a convenient place to spend the night, not very far from American family field.

Nick is a great receptionist. Gave us a great room for our vacation and we had a wonderful time!

We almost did not go to the hotel due to Expedia/Alex providing false information. 1. They were front desk. 2. free shuttle 3. many restaurants within walking distance. 4. no king beds only queen/full beds. 5. Charged us a lot more than the hotel charges.
We had to take cab for $60.00. We had never stayed in the area before and had no idea where to go. If I would have had a car there is no way I would have gone to the hotel. We were extremely nervous thinking this has to be a horrible place due to the horrible service we received from Expedia/Alex. We were so happy to arrive to a very nice hotel. As we waited our turn to check in, I heard them inform the guest ahead of us their price to stay. We were charged almost double. Which I thought was ok when I thought they had a shuttle service. We informed the very nice gentlemen/manager at the front desk of what we paid and how we were given false information. He was extremely accommodating. He assisted us with a refund and charged us the proper price. Which we greatly appreciated. He seemed really care. The hotel has a great breakfast and is very comfortable and clean. An over all very nice hotel. The customer service was fantastic!
I find it sad how it is near impossible these days to get an actual front desk. I think if this is a new way of booking than the third-party reservations need to be truthful. They make it dreadful to reserve a room. Never trust anything anymore or at least not until I arrive and see the hotel. If I managed a hotel, I would never want a dishonest place booking my reservations.

*I had this happen before I was so mad when I did not have what was promised I took it out on the front desk and demanded my money back as well. We left and drove until we found another hotel after midnight. I am very careful to ask if front desk. It is horrible to have them tell you they are when they are not. I am scared to book again may have to switch to VRBO or AIRBNB not due to bad hotels but the horrible third-party booking sites.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Baymont.
I usually stay at Extended Stay America but no more it's the Baymont.
That's what I told Nick the owner this morning.
The room was clean, comfortable and very pleasant. The only thing I can say that was bad about the room is it didn't have one of those waffle makers in it. I'm totally joking.

Great hotel and very well priced. I stay here twice a month and always enjoy. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. High pressure shower. 50 inch flat-screen. I checked in today at 1pm with front desk nit even mentioning I was 2 hours early. Great location, tons of food and entertainment within walking distance. It's a no brainer if you are in town.

Pet friendly!!! At first - it’s my business trip. I was here two nights with my business partner. It’s not a Hayat. Pay more, and demand more)). 5* from 5*s. Very quiet place. I will not provide photos of the rooms.

Great customer service!! Let us check in a bit early.. upgraded room because I made mistake when I booked.. checked in with us asking if accommodations were good- great continental breakfast choices- very pleasant staff and clean rooms!!! 10 star rating!!!!!

I had a good visit. The room and beds were comfortable, the breakfast was adequate, and the manager was accommodating when there was no more milk.

I am a mom away from my 3 month old daughter for the first time, for a wedding over the weekend! I have been pumping milk and realized there was no place to store it at the ceremony, and we could not leave it in the fridge since we had to check out beforehand. The hotel staff was absolutely wonderful and let me store my breastmilk in their personal freezer. This is such a relief for me given all of the formula shortages as of late. Amazing staff!
