Jodi and her team were absolutely amazing! She was able to help us find a house within 1 month of starting our search in January 2022. She went with us on home tours and pointed out the positives and negatives of each home. We ended up getting a spec home/new build. She and her team helped us communicate with the builders on any and all questions we had quickly. When writing an offer, Jodi pushed for them to include items they don’t always include (i.e. concrete). She provided us with many referrals and resources including: mortgage team, home inspectors, closet redesign, window treatments, landscapers and home insurance providers. Jodi was also with us during the inspection and final walk through and pointed out items that needed to be addressed prior to closing.
