I had Neman media blast a sizeable casting which had many years of built-up paint. Job was done quickly and was perfect. Cost was about 30% less than a nearby competitor I used previously (and the results were better as well).

They did the security door for my home last year. They did a great job, no issues and will be bringing in my other door very soon. The lady that helped me was very nice as well.

Excellent response and help for sandblasting a few of our exterior light fixtures! Can't wait to finish them now!

I recently brought in a base for a table saw to have sandblasted for $100. After I paid and picked up the unit, I noticed that several spots were missed, and there was still rust on the unit. I notified the business and they agreed to sandblast the unit again. When I went to pick up the unit a second time, I noticed that there was one dent in the corner of it that wasn't there before. And that dent was super shiny, so it was definitely fresh. There were also multiple shiny dings on the same corner of the unit. There were still missed areas and some rust still remained. I requested that my money be refunded so that I could take it somewhere else to be repaired. The owner of the business called me and said he didn't care and to contact his insurance company. I wish zero stars was an option instead of one. I've already reported this company to the Better Business Bureau, and I plan on reporting this issue and the company's unwillingness to refund my $100 to other various social media platforms and media outlets. As a business owner, I know that refunding my measly $100 would be better than losing business much greater than that amount. I've even agreed to withdraw all criticism if I was just refunded my money; however, that has not yet happened.

I called for an estimate for a property owner that we do work for to replace a light pole that was painted at Neman Painting. I needed to know the cost to have another one painted as the original one had been damaged, when I asked for a cost I was told “ I dont know ” I then stated you painted it once can you look it up at which time I was told “ ask your customer ”. Very rude.

Poor quality of work all around. Starts from the top down. It shows too.
