I've had multiple great experiences working with Buyers Vantage. Their representation offers knowledgeable, timely, and accurate guidance on all the complicated parts of buying or selling a home. I've even told a few friends they should use Buyers Vantage. I trust them to help get me to the closing table!

This Realtor team really handled all of our home selling needs with a high degree of professionalism and care. Robin was our realtor and she was excellent from beginning to end. I can't recommend her enough!!! The office staff is also outstanding. And maybe not the least important is that the commission is a flat rate. No need to pay for the 6% commission!!

I’m at my house closing right now and we just saved $9,000 in seller fees by using Buyer’s Vantage. We worked with Nicole and she’s absolutely phenomenal!! Lighting fast response times and super nice and sweet. I’ve used traditional agents in the past and found Buyer’s Vantage to be much better since they aren’t pushing us to sell as quickly as possible. They don’t receive the high commissions of traditional agents so there is no pressure to push you to accept an offer you are not completely satisfied with. Buyers Vantage is an excellent business. My wife and I used them FSBO as the brokerage for listing our home. They are very responsive, polite, and helpful. They helped me navigate something I had no prior experience with and kept me on track up until closing. I highly recommend their services for Flat Fee Listings as well as other services that brokers provide.

I had a great experience with recently hiring Buyers Vantage. I had never used a discount brokerage company in past and was worried I would not get the same level of service. That was not the case. They have a great team and system in place to handle each step of the process. I Highly recommend Buyers Vantage.

We had family that had used their services in the past so we used buyers vantage this summer to list our home. They were very responsive, the process was easy. The realtor helped us make the right decision with all of our offers and was available for any questions we had when the listing went live. I would definitely use this service again.

Can't say enough about our experience. Nicole was incredibly helpful in the negotiation process and I am very grateful for her expert guidance throughout the sale of our home. We saved HUGE money by using the 2.4% discount plan vs. paying a a full-service real estate agent at 6% . We used Kim Sahin for pro pictures of our home and they turned out amazing - she even did drone photos from above! Tim and Joe were always happy to help along the way as well. Big shout out to the entire team!!!

Kim Sahin assisted us in selling our duplex in Milwaukee (close date 9/29/2018). Prior to the sale, she went through a market evaluation of the home (providing different strategies and pricing for the home, talking about competition in the area) and provided recommendations on small improvements that would bring a higher selling price. Her market evaluation was spot on. Her experience and feedback made the sales process easier.

Additionally, Kim is a trained photographer and took beautiful pictures of the home (professional camera equipment and great "eye" highlighting "selling points" in the home). This was a huge plus given some of the photos I saw of other houses in the area! We listed the house at the mid point of the range she suggested and had at least a showing each day! In a little under 2 weeks we had an offer. The house sold for $3K above asking.

Kim guided us through the offer and the counter offer process, she was easy to reach (phone email or text) and made the process seamless.

Being completely honest, I worried a bit going with a reduced fee agency (like Buyers Vantage) versus a ReMax or Shorewest- fearing that the service and experience level would not be as good. Having completed the process, I can say with confidence I received better service, advice, and support than I ever expected with any realtor. Talking with my friends about their recent experiences (both buying and selling) and thinking back on my realtor decision making process made me want to post this review- hands down I would recommend Buyers Vantage and especially Kim as an agent!

Absolutely THE BEST team you can find to sell your home! The staff is super responsive and organized! they are extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented, they guided us thru a nightmare transaction with the WORST buyers you can imagine. Especially Nicole, the agent, she is a sweetheart, a compassionate person with a lot of courage to face any challenges. And not to mention, her well of expertise on this area saved us thousands of dollars on legal representations! We can not complete this sales without her tireless effort! My wife and I have been clients of Robin and Trey's for over 14 years which includes one house sale and three house purchases. We have been more than happy. They not only have the lowest rate around, but are also a company that looks out for their clients best interest instead of just trying to make a quick sale or purchase (we've had a realtor like that previously, not fun). I have been using Kim Sahin at buyers vantage as a buyers agent. She is great! As a difficult customer that does not want to settle she is very patient with all of my stupid questions and lack of desire to settle for just any house. She is helping me find “the perfect house” can’t wait until this tedious process is done! I know one thing, without Kim to help me it would not be nearly as palitable.

As being first time home buyers, the Deutsch team made the experience of purchasing a home pleasant and exciting for my wife and I. Nick and Jeanne were always flexible, knowledgeable, resourceful, honest, and willing to answer any of our questions that would come up in the process. We had a a title issue come up with the home we were going to purchase and Nick kept me in the loop on what was going on and eventually worked things out on our behalf. Overall, I felt that Nick and Jeanne worked very hard for my wife and I. There was great communication, transparency, and we always felt they were working on our behalf. I would highly recommend the Deutsch team to anybody who is looking to purchse or sell their home. They will work hard for you.

Could not have asked for a better individual to help us. Robin Fazio was an amazing help getting us prepared to sell our property for an excellent price within 24 hours of posting. Although not everyone will experience a home sale this quickly, I am confident if you listen to Robin's suggestions and follow through with them you will be in a great position when selling. It took a little longer for us to find a house we liked, but Robin was there with us every step of the way.

We recently sold our Brookfield home with the assistance of Buyers Vantage and the Fazio team. Both Trey and Robin Fazio proved to be extremely professional and knowledgeable. We purchased the “Enhanced MLS” package for $495.00, but felt that Robin dealt with us with the same commitment and degree of attention that would have been expected had we used their “Full Service” option. Robin helped us to price our home, reviewed offers, and gave us some much needed guidance when a couple of tricky situations arose: a withdrawn offer; an inspection issue. Robin was very accessible and we found communication to be frequent and timely. The bottom line is our home sold within 72 hours of listing and for $1,000 above our asking price. We highly recommend the Fazio team and Buyers Vantage.
