Stefans Soccer

So disappointed. This store excelled in customer service in the past, now two thumbs down. Nike released the new shoes and Stefan’s had them in back. I am standing in the store ready to buy and the sales man said they are not checked in yet and refused to help or sell them to me. Back in the day they would have grab the damn shoes and sold them to me.

I am updating this from 1 star to 5 star because the manager Brett reached out, apologized and we talked through the issues.

I wanted to say thank you to Mike for being so helpful the last few visits we've been to Stefans! We needed new futsal shoes & Mike was so great helping find the right size, offering a handful of options to try on and kick the ball around! Along with educating us on the two different futsal ball sizes and just incredibly friendly as it is! :)

Excellent sporting goods store for soccer players and fans. Amazing selection with knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. Cory helped my son choose the right style of shin guards and comfortable cleats for his wider feet. Couldn't be happier - we were in and out with exactly what we needed!

Cory was very helpful and patient as my daughter and I navigated club soccer gear for the first time. He answered all my questions and explained how the ordering process worked. The spirit gear in stock is such great quality, too. All the employees were very friendly and helpful, but Cory went the extra mile for us. Thank you!

Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. We have been helped by Mike J several times and he's always patient with our daughter. Extremely helpful in getting her outfitted for goalkeeper. Reasonably prices, but exceptional service.

I love this place! Local, great staff and a huge selection of soccer items. BUT it’s the toiletries in the women’s restroom that did it for me. Thanks for putting a lot of thought into the little things! 🫶🏻

What a great experience. It was our granddaughter Kora's first pair of soccer shoes. Mike fitted her from head to toe with everything she needed. He was kind and helpful. He made Kora felt special.

Best place to buy anything soccer. Kits are mostly international and Premier league. However, they do also have some other big clubs like Barça, Real Madrid, and PSG. Staff are very helpful and ready to answer any questions. Wide selection of cleats and other equipment. They also have kit printing, and have most popular players which you can get printed on the spot in under 10 minutes.

We buy all our soccer gear at Stefan’s (Brookfield location) and always have the best experience with the staff, especially Mike Justman who goes out of his way to make sure we’re satisfied 110% he has the best personality too!!!

I stopped in with my 6th grader to get some new shin guards. One of the staff members was very helpful in picking the right size. The prices were identical to the chain sporting good stores nearby and cheaper than Amazon.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have virtually everything you would need to play Soccer (Futbal). Training equipment, team jerseys, clothing, shoes, balls, goal keeping stuff, etc….

Good customer service is difficult to find these days, but not here at Stefans. Craig and his staff are extremely helpful and use their knowledge of the equipment and accessories to help you make informed decisions. I will only buy supplies for my kids and their school from here.

I went in to Stefan's to buy outdoor shoes for my 2 older grandson's. The staff was knowledgeable, patient and professional. Wide range of products. I am sure you will find what you want and be happy/satisfied with your experience.

I was able to pop in and get exactly what I needed. The clerk and manager were very helpful. I needed a certain pair of shorts for a team we are helping in a tournament and they looked up what I needed so we got the correct one.

Stefan's has an overall good atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and are great at helping you find what you need. Store is up to date with everything new and are consistent with the options. Definitely recommend to new upcoming players and veterans.

This store is locally owned and they provide amazing customer service. Staff goes out of their way to assist you. Selection and prices are the best in the biz!! This IS the place to shop all things soccer.
