I had John Marchan as a attorney for a case that started back in 2022. He was always straight forward and understanding. I was facing probation and/or possibly jail time. My case was dismissed thanks to him. Id recommend him to anyone and hire him again if needed.

I was held without bail for felony bail jumping with no bail and facing 5-10yrs but John got it reduced to a a public diaturbance and time served. Honest. Up front, and prompt.

John handled the citation for speeding in a very efficient manner. Considering how it could have affected my insurance premium, it was well worth it to have John negotiate the citation to cut everything by 1/2 except for the fine amount. Would have given him a 5 star rating if he could have reduced it to zero for everything. But then that aspect was stated as being a long shot when I first called.
