Abenaki Trail Restaurant & Pub

We had the honey scallops and the surf and turf. The honey scallops were cooked perfect with just the right amount of bread crumbs on top. The coleslaw was super fresh and broccoli was delicious.
The surf and turf was huge! So many scallops and a huge steak. Perfect medium rare on the steak and again the scallops were cooked just right.
Drinks were amazing too.
Will be back before we head home

We found this place, which appeared kind of removed from the streets, not too fancy. We were greeted by a very friendly young lady, who asked us what kind of table we would prefer. The bartender then came over and introduced himself and took our drink order, asking if we liked vodka spritzers. We ended up ordering a drink that he had made up on his own that day, and was very happy we did as it was delicious. my fiancé ordered steak tips and I had the Tuckerman ravine chicken. Both meals were delicious. The bartender/waiter was super friendly, checking in on us occasionally to make sure that we were happy. After being hesitant based on the view from the street, we are so happy that we stopped in. Between the super friendly staff and the absolutely delicious food and cocktails, we will definitely be stopping back for our next visit in the area.

This is a great, down to earth, local restaurant/bar owned by a local couple who put their heart and souls into their business and treat their staff like family. The parking lot is not always packed but that's not what they are about. They just want to serve a good meal for a good price and have their patrons enjoy a good time. I wish there were more places like this in the world. I think sometimes people(especially tourists) judge a restaurant by how busy it is and don't give a place a chance. This one you definitely should.

I wish there were 100 stars to give out! The Onion Rings are wonderful, not overly breaded like so many and they use giant Vadalia onions too. Every thing we tried was great - so great that out of the 4 days we were in town we ate there twice....we never do that while on vacation. Thank you Brian, Tim and Lyndsey for an awesome time each and every time.

Fantastic food and service, in a family friendly atmosphere. We stopped in for lunch with our 2 boys who are 7 and 10. Bryan was our server and was very accommodating. We ordered the Pub Burger, Jones Steak sandwich, and seared scallops. All of the portions were large and so tasty!! You can tell the food is cooked to order and is FRESH! We highly recommend and would go back if in the area.

We've been to north Conway many times but never knew about this place. We tried the sweet and spicy chicken tenders, they were fresh and the breading was delicious. My husband had the maple burger, he said it was awesome! I had the pastrami sandwich on pretzel bun with fries. The bartender was so attentive and made helpful suggestions, Everything was great! We will be back

This restaurant is in my neighborhood yet I have not tried till tonight. Food was excellent fresh and plentiful. Bartender/ server was kind and patient with us . We will be spreading the word bc we are both servers and know restaurant food. Well done! To bright however that’s the only neg.

Stopped in after spending the day hiking Echo lake and Cathedral ledge. So to say the least we were hungry and thirsty.
We were on the hunt for a good plate of nachos and wings.
We were very impressed with the food and the beer was ice cold.
I have driven by this place hundreds of times in the past 30yrs of visiting the area and finally timing worked out for us to stop for lunch. We will absolutely return on our our next trip.

Very happy we found this spot! Food was great and freshly prepared and cooked. You could tell that care had gone into each of the dishes. Service was great too. Will be back when we are in the area!

This place is amazing. We arrived as the first customers, the place looked closed, but it was open, glad I double checked. The staff are extremely friendly, my mixed drink was perfect and the food was great. The tenders were tossed perfectly and the meals were plentiful. We will definitely be back!

Food and service were both outstanding. The staff are very personable with adults and children. Best fish I’ve ever gotten in the mountains.

25 years visiting, and we only recently found this place. Always great service and friendly bar tenders. Very large portions.

Wings, mozzarella sticks and potato skins are all great. Steaks are just soso, but priced well for the area. Pasta amd sanwhiches are all good. Drinks are all well made and a decent beer selection.

For sure our best pub in the area.

A bit pricey but you get tons of pretty good food for what you pay.

Wasn't busy at all on a Sunday night. Waitresses were very attentive and nice. The menu has a good bit of variety of choices... basic New England restaurant picks, like lobster rolls, clam chowder, burgers, pasta, and others.

Ordered the cheesy fries, the shrimp fra diavolo, and chicken tenders. HUGE portions of food, so again, you get what you pay for. Cheesy fries were good: crispy and covered with a handful of real bacon pieces, scallions, and cheese. Shrimp fra diavolo was pretty spicy but good. My wife liked the chicken tenders and her onion rings were the size of bangles... she said they seemed beer-battered.

Definitely kid-friendly... there's even a small play place for toddlers. Kids menus had the usual basic fare, which is fine.

Wouldn't mind coming here again!

Great service, great atmosphere. Food was delicious and we loved our espresso martinis. Every single staff member we encountered was friendly and so welcoming! We will be back again, when we visit the area. Highly recommend.

Out of Towner… just arrived, tired and hungry.. stopped at the first crowded parking lot.. everyone crushed together.. 1/2 hr wait..found the Abenaki and discovered what is probably the brightest gem in the whole No Conway scene!!
Waitstaff lovely, cordial, efficient… food fresh, perfectly cooked and totally delicious… AND reasonably priced!!!
Felt so sorry for those people who didn’t think to drive just a little farther!! Will come he

This is probably my favorite place in N. Conway after years of coming and always going to the same places! They have great staff and food is always great! This steak sub was amazing! Highly recommended by our waitress and she was right!

Went twice on my trip to Conway. The first time we got a table in 10 mins... We had a person in a wheelchair to accommodate. We ordered our food. It took a while to get the food however there were other tables with several people sitting at them so it made sense why it took a bit to get out food. When our food came (all at the same time), the portions were huge, value for the money and the wait time. We were with children and they were absolutely satisfied. Food and drinks were delicious. Went back the night before we were going home and again outstanding service, food, and drinks. The staff were friendly and engaging. Highly recommend.

Our first visit to Abenaki yesterday and we were very pleased. Food was hot, fresh and absolutely delicious. Tim, our server, was amazing!! He is a gem!!! We will definitely be back and thank you for a lovely lunch experience!!!
