Erika is very professional, helpful, and trusted. I bought a condo two years ago through her. Her professionalism and great personality impressed me a lot. She listened to what we were looking for in a house and periodically made updates to her searches each time we adjusted our search criteria (which was often!). We were nervous and had doubts of finding a realtor who could and would be willing to work with us (as we felt we may be high maintenance). Erika was great to work with as we bought our house. She was always willing to show us houses and gave us several suggestions when we figured out our budget. She helped us negotiate the price on the home we bought, and stayed in touch the entire process. She also made sure to remind me of things we needed to complete before they were due, which was super helpful as we were dealing with the craziness of packing, working, and trying to remember everything that needed to be done. Erika was great! She is excellent at marketing. She had my house sold in three days after putting it on the market and for above asking price. Whenever I had questions or concerns she would respond to my texts or emails very fast and always had a great attitude. Unlike a lot of realtors she actually listens to what you have to say and cares about what you want. I would absolutely work with her again and would recommend her to friends and family.

She was very flexible with house showings that matched the times we were able to attend. Never did we feel pressure to look at a certain property. After locating and assisting with writing up an offer for a house that was great for us she was ready to get our place sold. She gave us helpful information to maximize the selling features and provided a great marketing plan to ensure maximum exposure for our property. With her assistance we were able to receive offer above asking price and closed on the property quickly.

Erika was amazing at communication, whether it was the first time I messaged her on Facebook to become our realtor, to sending us a houses condition report and then getting us in the door of houses.
