Our stay was fantastic. Its prime location close to various dining options made it convenient for us to explore and enjoy local cuisine. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of adventure. Overall, our experience was excellent.

Home 2 is by far the most satisfying hotel I have stayed in the US. The hotel is beautifully decorated, the lobby is beautifully furnished and the swimming pool and gym are clean. I am most satisfied with their guest room, which has a comfortable queen bed, abundant kitchen supplies, furniture is also very well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The breakfast was full and varied, and the fruit was fresh. It is the perfect choice for long-term residence and vacation travel!

Excellent hotel with excellent location located,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Rose and other I would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. We have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 4-5 years. The past couple of years we’ve really said to ourselves that the place had really gone down hill. From dust and grime in the corners of the bathroom to the hallway doors being absolutely filthy. In fact, my visit in January ‘23, I was down on my hands and knees using a disinfecting wipe to clean the bathroom it was that filthy.

Boy do I have to tell you, how things have changed since new management and new employees have taken over. It’s been a complete 180! The rooms have obviously been deep cleaned (bathrooms are spotless), the hallway doors are now clean and the place is just the perfect place to stay again.

Special shout-out to Peter, Rose and Eric who made our stay extra special. We will be back and look forward to seeing you guys again!

I spent 7 days here. The room was clean and the water pressure was good. The bed is very comfortable. The room was super clean and plenty of space. The pool and Hot tub....omg cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel... I would have recommended this hotel just for those things alone...but the customer service was phenomenal...Peter at the front desk catered to what ever I needed and Hilaria the head maid or should be the "head" Maid...omg I was so happy coming back to my room after a long day at work and everything was cleaned...but it wasn't only clean...the room was better than when I checked in.

The first time we stayed at this hotel was not good. The second time we stayed at this hotel again, we had issues. But the manager compensated us for the problem. The last time we stayed at this hotel was great. All the staff is very friendly and accommodating. Our room was clean. The hotel and the pool area were clean. The breakfast in the morning was wonderful. The guy running the breakfast in the morning, I think his name was Troy, was going above and beyond to make sure hot food was consistently coming out and they weren't running out food. We will definitely be back when staying in the Milwaukee area.

Rose was amazing and took care of everything we needed. Definetly recommend this hotel for future stays.

Our room had everything we could need plus more,very clean and quiet.

We had a great stay! The hot tub was super relaxing. I accidentally left some clothes in the room after checking out and the staff kindly set them aside for me until I was able to pick them up.

Stayed at this location for a night and enjoyed my stay. Michael, the operations manager, was working very hard to serve everyone while simultaneously caring for everyone's safety. As I entered to check in, he was cleaning up wine and broken glass. He then swiftly came over to check me in and answer any questions I had. The next day, he was assisting some difficult customers and kept his calm the entire time until the problem was resolved. Michael is a very hard worker, which helped me have a wonderful experience at this hotel.

One of the best hotels I've ever been. It looks like a bold statement but it's true. This place doesn't look much from outside, but it offers a lot, especially for the average price of the rooms. Rooms are new and neat, fully cooked bf in the morning, a pool and a hot tub, I don't know what else to ask for. If I'm in the area will definitely look to stay here again.

The entire team is focused to ensure guests have a clean, orderly and enjoyable experience. Overall, a Fantastic stay! I’m a diamond member and to actually take the time to write a review shows this location deserves the kudos. (I’m lazy when it comes to customer surveys so…)

For the second year in a row. Me and my team has stayed at this hotel. From the first stay to the second stay management and the staff have been excellent. The rooms are comfy, cleaned and maintained well. If there was anything that we needed; the staff made sure that we would be taken care of. A++++. Thank you.

I usually go next door to the Tru by Hilton but I wanted to see how Home2Suites was and I wasn't let down for sure. Polite professional employees . clean immaculate rooms. Indoor pool is always a plus . Highly recommend

We stayed in the king suite for a hockey camp. The room was very clean, full kitchen!!! The staff here was more than accommodating, with covid protocol still in place the house keeping did a great job of making sure we had what we needed from day to day. There was this amazingly happy and extremely professional lady working the front desk almost the entire time we were here. Her name was Delores, I hope your managers and owners know how lucky they are to have you!!!

Loved the place! It was the cleanest and coziest hotel I've been to. It was very clean and modern. Our King Suite came with a full kitchen - full dinner set, toaster, nice sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee maker with cups, nice kitchen towels, etc. There were ample amount of plugs for all devices, and the pillows are the softest ever! I wouldn't stay again on a holiday (especially new year's) though. From 2-5:30am I was kept up by noisy, disrespectful "neighbors" slamming into walls and arguing over sports teams. Sounded like 10 grown men wrestling... That part was horrible but didn't take away from the value of the hotel or the service. The negatives? Couldn't get the wifi to work but it wasn't important to me, but I'm sure if I would've asked, they would've helped out with that. Also, the breakfast wasn't very good but again, wouldn't prevent me from staying again. The hot tub was nice and relaxing as well. Overall, superb place.

Fantastic staff at this hotel. My wife and I were traveling with our newborn baby and the staff was phenomenal, best of any hotel I can remember and I’ve traveled a lot. They had a pack and play all setup for us ahead of time, they let us use a fan for white noise to help with the baby. They decorated for 4th of July. Not enough good things to say. A good, clean modern hotel as well with decent pickings for breakfast and a good sized fitness room as well. Will be back for sure.

Perfect hotel for a couple weekend getaway. Room was spacious, clean, and beautiful! Nice breakfast in the morning.

We LOVE this place! First off the rooms are spacious, clean, affordable and like a home away from home. Very impressed. Pool is not very large but is warm and clean. Hot tub is HOT, which is lovely. We will definitely return for another family getaway. Breakfast is free from 6 to 10 am. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate is available 24/7.
