Tru by Hilton Milwaukee Brookfield

We had a quick overnight stay at Tru. I booked our room through a 3rd party site and realized a couple weeks later that I was double charged by Hilton as well. When I called, I went directly to Rob, the general manager. I was met with true concern and him wanting to make right this situation asap. I’m very pleased with how fast it was handled and the refund sent back to us.

As for the stay, the rooms are simple but decorated so fun. It reminded me of all my hostel stays when I backpacked through Europe. Modern, artistic, functional, and clean!
There was also a point when I needed a few feminine hygiene products, and the woman at the front desk handed me a handful and let me know if I needed any more, that the main public restrooms near the lobby also were stocked with baskets full of tampons/pads. Very thoughtful and convenient. I didn’t get the chance to have much of breakfast before we had to leave in the morning, but the breakfast bar looked really nice!

The lounge area is inviting. The double queen room was spacious, comfortable, clean, plenty of outlets and ports. Breakfast was great. Staff so nice.

My family and I stayed here for a friend's wedding. The hotel was clean, and everything looked brand new. As fantastic as the amenities were, the staff were really the best part. Every single employee I encountered was helpful, friendly, and very warm. One of the women's young daughter was there when we checked in, and she even gave me a sweet little drawing as a welcome! It made me feel safe and comfortable on my first trip with a new baby.

This hotel was really nice and modern. Close to highway so it was noisy but nonetheless nice. Clean and updated. Had breakfast but that closed at 9am on a Sunday. Kind of weird. Room was comfortable. Had pool table and games. Gas station close by. Friendly staff. I recommend going here.

Tru by Hilton Brookfield was a wonderful place to stay. The hotel was very clean as well as the room. The breakfast was quite large for the price and the service without complaint.

The staff was great. Things were clean. Felt like home. Comfortable bed. Did not like their pillows but everything else was great.

Hotel is well kept. Rooms are nice. They have a refrigerator but no microwave. There is a microwave available In the lobby. If you don't park in the small parking lot in front. You have to walk around the building even though there is a door to the lobby on the back side.

Check-in was fast, polite, and easy. We had a king room that was mostly bed, but there was enough room to get around, ample outlets and USB ports, and a large bathroom. Everything was very clean and in good shape. The room had a fridge. No microwave or coffee maker, but coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby and there’s a microwave there as well.

While there’s not a lot of extra space in the room, the lobby area features multiple seating and gathering areas, some board games, and a pool table. It would be a nice place to stay if you were there with a group.

Breakfast was available from 6-9. Yogurt, bread/bagels/danish/muffin cereal, and oatmeal. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, and sausage links.

I was actually staying at the Home2 Suites Hilton next door and they ran out of blankets!! (I had a sofa bed and needed an extra blanket.) It was very late at night so I came to Tru by Hilton and asked if they could lend me a blanket and some pillow cases. They had extras so they did!! They didn't want my tip by I insisted because it really made a huge difference!!

First Hotel Ive given 5 stars to in quite awhile. New Euro style Hilton with friendly and efficient staff, clean rooms, and a nice breakfast and area to eat. Air blew cool in the room, water pressure was good and hot water arrived quickly. No noise in the halls or adjacent rooms and plenty of parking. Well done.9

Great experience. Were in town from Illinois for some mma fights at the expo center. Had a group of about 8 rooms there for the weekend. Entire staff was friendly and welcoming all the way from the front desk to the GM of the location Rob. Had a minor room concern and the GM made sure to get in front of it and make sure the stay was nothing short of perfect. Everything was clean and well kept. Lounge area extremely comfortable and well setup. Whenever in Milwaukee this will be or go to spot.

The hotel decor was gorgeous. The bed slept amazing. The supplies in the bathroom smelled delicious. The only issue was continously going downstairs for tea, and to use the microwave. I can see why this hotel is looked at as more of a college dorm. I loved everything else.

Loved our stay at this location. We stayed for two days and enjoyed the options for relaxing in the lobby area. They have so many unique seating choices. Our room was comfortable, a little small for two people but it fit our needs. The workout room was superb.

Nice staff, clean, comfortable. The hard floors do allow a little more noise to travel, but it isn’t bad. The bathroom was nice and large as well. A great stay for our family.

From the moment we walked in the desk people were courteous. Our room was very clean and I have never slept on such a comfortable bed before. I loved that there was no carpeting in the room because that meant that it was cleaner! The breakfast was great with a lot of options. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan on staying there in the future.

The rooms are spacious and the shower was HUGE! They shampoo, conditioner & body was Despenser s in the show plus a location dispenser by the sink. You get Completely ear buds when u use their gym

I've seen commercials and heard of how nice the hotels are but this far surpasses my expectations... Room (double beds) is spacious and ergonomically designed and I adore the bathroom. Best kept secret - Tru by Hilton!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed a recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that the staff really cares about their guests. All of the staff was great and Ashley and Laker were particularly warm, friendly and helpful. The room and the lobby was very clean, modern and well appointed. Many thanks!
