Ryan took his extra time today to make the only coffee ☕ I can drink there. He also came to my husband & my table and brought the fresh brewed coffee

The food was good as always, but what made today's visit special was the young lady (Dani) who took our order. Dani was exceptionally polite, respectful, and accommodating, but what we didn't expect was her attentiveness. While cleaning the dining area Dani stopped by our table to ask how our food was and if there was anything else we needed, a little bit later, while doing her duties straightening up the dining area, Dani offered to remove the dishes from our table. None of what I described would be considered exceptional in a full service restaurant, but her attention was above and beyond what is expected at Panera. Dani's pleasant demeanor was a pleasant surprise and made our dining experience enjoyable. If someone reading this has the authority to commend Dani for her exceptional service, we ask that you do.

Food here is always good! Pepperoni melt and Autumn Pumpkin soup are excellent. Couple drink lids haven't been on all the way at drive-thru recently which is why Service got 4☆.

Panera is my favorite for broccoli cheddar soup, you just can't go wrong when you order this. My sandwich was delicious after my modifications. I always order from the kiosk so I can modify myself. I went after lunch rush and all the tables were clean.
Back again- the street corn soup is FANTASTIC, it's seasonal so get it now!

It's unnatural how often we eat at Panera. I'm a little bummed there isn't one closer to work for delivery but it undoubtedly saves me money. Squash soup is my favorite time of year!!

Was in the store and sat to eat . Our neice met us there we had or lunch and talked for about 1 1/2 hrs . Never seen anyone from the back come out and clean any tables ? People were cleaning there own tables ? Just to set and eat ! When did the service get this bad ?

Have eaten here twice this month for dinner around 7ish and all was good. I usually get the chipotle chicken avocado melt sandwich. It’s was very good both times. No wait to order and food was ready very quickly. Ate there for dine in. Was clean.
Customer services seemed fine and were friendly. I saw some comments from others that staff was rude. I imagine it’s hard for employees to talk with customers anywhere with masks and plexiglass - it makes communicating tough. They are doing the very other table thing per guidelines.

Got the Chicken Chipotle Melt with their *new* Butter Nut Squash Soup. As usual, I am not disappointed😉. Note to Panera: maybe a little more onion powder to balance out the sweetness in the soup & make sure the chefs making the sandwich evenly spread the Chipotle Sauce on the sandwich. They pulled a taco bell on me and put a blob in the middle. Not complaing because it was delicious as always! Plus totally Recommend their Mango Yuzu Drink😋 It's da bomb!

DELICIOUS best food I’ve ever had and the employees were so kind

Took my wife here because they had a code where a percentage of the profits go to our granddaughter's school. Although pricier than I expected, the portions were large to where we were able to make two meals out of it. Food tasted very good, and the service was outstanding!

The chicken and rice soup is stupid good for what it is. I don't know what they do to it. I love their Mac and cheese too. It's inexplicable. You don't get a cheese pull or anything and it's some expensive mac, but it's some good comfort food for me. The cinnamon crunch bagels feel like you get to eat candy for breakfast and their coffee is pretty good!

I've never been to a Panera bread before, so the experience was all new to me. The broccoli cheddar soup bowl I had was amazing, will definitely come back to try a chicken sandwich. Definitely a good experience.

I’m writing this review to specifically complement Kaylee, who on her lunch break, stopped what she was doing to help me out. I was just about to take the first bite of my salad when it all fell out of the container onto the ground. I was slightly embarrassed and disappointed and she instantly took me inside to have a new one made for me, with no extra charge, and proceeded to clean it up all before I returned to my table. She was incredibly kind and made my lunch experience at Panera great. Thanks Kaylee!

10/17/23. Had event catered by Panera. Ourstanding! Excellent sandwiches again and the biggest cookie Ive ever seen!!

The bread is incredible and the sandwiches are SO worth the extra cost compared to fast food. Wonderful staff, too. kudos!!!

Ordered from them a million times. It’s still always ready on time and tastes amazing. They are consistent.
Bread is always made right. Drinks are always good. I really appreciate this location.

I see a lot of people complaining about wait times but obviously Panera is a popular place especially around lunch time. If you come around 12:30 you should expect a long line of people. This is why they offer rapid pick up so that you can order in advance and save yourself some time.

Also I modify my food every time and it is always made correctly. I order from this location at least once a week or maybe more.

Lots of options to choose from. Peaceful atmosphere, friendly employees. Food is delicious had the chicken wild rice soup in bread bowl. Very yummy. Had the featured fiji apple cranberry beverage and I highly recommend it... so good.

A Panera being put on Sunset is the best thing Waukesha has done in a long time. I come here all the time (before the virus) & ever since they started delivering i order at least once a week. They have never messed up my order, the workers are always super kind & friendly. The delivery service is pretty fast too! The app is easy to use as well. Overall i love this store and the employees who keep it running!

My husband had my debit card and I only had $25 On me to feed myself and 3 kids. I didn't realize I didn't have my card until I went to pay. The manager overheard me and offered to buy the rest of my food. I declined but the gesture was all that counted. I will definitely be back! Great customer service.

I have had a good experience at every Panera, but the manager at this location is just a really awesome and helpful person. He is polite, all of the staff are so great and work so hard. Everyone really great. Thank you for being my favorite local lunch spot.
