I seriously can't reccomend John enough. We started our journey fully remote before moving to WI, and he was so helpful working with our timeline and going to showings while video calling / recording homes for us. John is so great to be around that we were a little bummed when he helped us get an accepted offer, because that meant we wouldn't be housing hunting every weekend and spending time wirh him! My husband and I can't thank him enough, and also a big thank you to his family for dealing with all of our calls after 5pm when we were off work! 10/10 Realtor and an even better person!

Working with John was extraordinary. After living in our house for 40 years, we needed a resource to help us through the home selling process in today's market. He took the time to explain our options and provided suggestions to help us move forward. He was sensitive to the fact that I am the sole caretaker of my husband and went out of his way to make the process of showing our home to potential buyers easy for me. John was always available to answer questions for us as we needed. He kept us informed of each step in the process of preparing the listing contract to the review of the offer to purchase that we received. Last year, I had the pleasure of working with John while buying my first home, and I cannot say enough about the exceptional experience he provided. John eased all of my concerns as a first-time homebuyer and made the entire process enjoyable. Every showing was a learning experience. Even if it wasn't the right house for our family, John took the time to do a thorough walk-through at each of our showings to identify possible areas of concern and explained what to look for (foundation issues, signs of water in places it shouldn't be, condition of the roof, etc.).

In a competitive real estate market, John made the process of purchasing a home approachable and fun with his positive attitude and honest approach. With John's guidance, I was able to write a strong offer and secure the home that fit our needs. John's genuine excitement was evident when he called to tell me my offer was accepted! We've worked with John twice. He helped to relocate my parents to Milwaukee, and then we bought and sold houses with him two years later.

We were able to secure our dream home on our first offer in a very hot market. At our request, John got our then home on the market in only three weeks. The whole process from beginning to end was under two months. Through it all, John was pleasant, cheerful, and seemed sincerely happy to take all of our many phone calls and solve any problem that came up

The services were great. All the professionals he recommended were top notch and responsive, and the "light" staging in our (inhabited) house was tasteful and really showed our house in its best light.

Also, John is like, a legit good guy. He sincerely loves his job and you can tell.

John knew so much about houses and loved exploring all the nooks and crannies in many of them we checked out.
