Dr. Thies and her team are great! She is always attentive and caring when it comes to my health, as well as my daughter's. She has eased any and all concerns and worries I had about being a new mom.

They went above and beyond for me. Very grateful for their help.

I absolutely adore my doctor, she's easy to get along with and very helpful. I see there are a lot of complaints/bad reviews here but honestly i'm not sure why. Compared to Gordon where I live, this clinic and its doctors are 100% more competent. The only thing I do have a complaint about is the receptionists don't even get to the phone before the answering machine picks up sometimes. I've never talked to a rude receptionist but they do take forever to answer the phone

They got me in so quick! The nurse practitioner and her nurse were amazing. She listened to me and was compassionate. I’ve read all the bad reviews but I have to say, I don’t have a bad thing to say.

I love my doctor. If it wasnt for Dr Mclain being on top of my health I wouldn't be alive today. I have been seeing him for many years.

Only giving 2 stars because the doctor I saw is a good one he shows that he cared. However I can’t say the same for other departments I was scheduled for a holter monitor but called and explained there was already another patient scheduled for one. I asked if I could come in earlier but said there was only one available which doesn’t make much sense 🤦🏼

Very unprofessional. Refused to call with results concerning lab work and radiology results. I had to continually ask to have lab and scanning done to be sure there were no issues. Doctors brushed off my concerns and I had to continually ask for a recheck on labs. Was told that the female body is complicated so they can't know what is wrong and that my pain is probably related to female issues, was told this by a female doctor.

Go somewhere else, this hospital is very unprofessional and unwilling to help.

What can I say except it’s terrible. If you can afford it, go somewhere else, because it will save you a lot of time. Other doctors and hospitals will listen to you the first time. I’ve lived in five states, had numerous health care providers, and yet I have never had to immediately reschedule an appointment with another doctor to actually get some help.

As seen in another review, I would give this place zero stars if I could as Chadron Clinic is an embarrassment to any self-respecting healthcare institution.

Terrible business. If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Diagnosis at this facility is "you have what everybody else has😑" They can't keep good help...it seems like everytime I call for a appointment the only people that are avaliable, and on call are nurse practitioners, that I found extremely rude...borderline negligent. Do your family a favor. If you have anything worse than a stubbed toe, do your research, and go where your respected and appreciated as a paying customer. Oh... and when the receptionist asks (to be nosey) what's going on? Don't tell her...that between you and whatever worthless nurse practitioner you get.

I have been trying to get in to see a specialist for my migrainens since March of this year. I was told by several every doctor that the neurologist would not see me. I end up have a migraine that was so bad that I had a seizure and was taken to the ER. The doctor who was in the ER was from the Chadron Medical Clinic and had to call the Neurologist on call who wanted to see me for my migraines since they get that bed. Worst Clinic I have been to my entire life. I have been to seen at about 150 Clinics in my life because I was in DCFS custody.

Fell and broke tibia at airport. Drove myself to hospital. Called them and asked if they could come to my car w a wheel chair. They said no. They were too busy and didn't have the staff. I am a nurse. What kind of pt care is that? Started crawling to the door, a physical therapist found me and got me a wc. She was wonderful but that was it. No one identified who they were and their credentials. Ended uo going to a ortho specialist in another big town. They were amazing!!! Ended up in a boot instead of a cast. Chadron was going to cast me. They (other place) told me id b walking at 30 days...Chadron said 6-12 weeks.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star! I called to get in and they told me to call today. So I called to make an appointment and then they were rude and proceeded to tell me that even though I was in such tremendously bad pain that I would have to wait 3 weeks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Make sure you check the reviews before going in!!
