My interaction with Eagle Chevrolet was fantastic. I have never bought anything sight unseen before, but Mick and the team there made it a painless experience. They were very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. They answered my question thoroughly and helped walk me through every step of the process with a smile. I will definitely be shopping with them again when I am in need of another vehicle!! 5 stars!

We are not from Chadron were my vehicle broke down on the first day of the trip. I took it into Eagle early the next morning & service took a look at it immediately and had it back to me that day. The service personnel & actually all Eagle staff were very nice and friendly.

This September, driving home to Vermont from Yellowstone in my 2017 Colorado and towing a camper ,we limped into Eagle Chevrolet on a Friday with my truck barely running. They dropped everything to help us and diagnosed a fuel pump control issue. A part was ordered from Denver, arrived Saturday morning and we were back on the road by 9AM. The service manager and mechanic were, professional, knowledgeable and understood our predicament. The sales manager, unprompted, gave a car to use and the entire staff were extremely friendly and sympathetic! Fabulous dealership!

I was traveling back to Tennessee and needed a service station to at least just take a peak at my truck, as I was having a coolant leak issue. I called several service stations in every area near there and they wouldn’t even take a look, as they were weeks out on an appointment! Eagle Chevrolet got me right in and I’m very thankful for the great service!!

Called and inquired about a vehicle…that particular vehicle had sold…but Mike at Eagle along with the sales manager were more than helpful. We found another and they put it together with a custom flatbed better than the initial vehicle I was interested in!!! So 110% satisfied for sure, appreciate it very much. Thanks Eagle Chevrolet!!!

I found a vehicle on an ad on FB. That I was interested in. Of course it was late Friday about the closing time. I talked with someone whom set me up with a salesman on Saturday morning. Mind you, I live in South Dakota and this dealership is in Nebraska... But we set up a test drive on Saturday. Close to closing time also. I really liked everything about it and was factual 💯 about everything that was posted about it. So I let him know I was very interested in it. They checked out my vehicle and gave me a decent offer on it. So now I had to wait until Monday to get all financing straightened out. I called to let them know I would be on my way Monday with a check for the vehicle. Story does not end there though. I got home with new vehicle but realized later that evening that I forgot something in the trade in. So called first thing Tuesday morning. Luckily, the salesman was headed to my hometown to drop off another vehicle to someone and met with me to get the item back. I was very happy with how I was treated and had no pressure in buying the vehicle. Answered all my questions and even went out of his way to help me get my item back. I will recommend this dealership and salesman to anyone I know looking for a vehicle.. Thank you all, especially Mick..

Great people who helped us survive. SC stopped working and they got it going. Temporary fix till we get home, unfortunately it quit again this morning. Highly recommend this dealership!

We were 500 miles from home and had an emissions alarm with a set miles shut down which would not get us home. The dealers in Rapid city told me that everyones problems are an emergency. I called Eagle Chevrolet an visited with the nicest people. The service manager checked parts inventory and shifted some work around and got me in in 1.5 days, did the work at a lower cost then estimated kept me updated during the 4 hour wait and finished on time to get me back to Hill city by dinner. Alowing us to make our 500 mile trip back to Nebraska on Sunday. Best dealer experience that Ive ever had.

Eagle Chevrolet has always be kind and efficient with service for us in sales and repairs. Never pushy when we are looking to buy give us time to try the vehicle out and are open and honest with any history they know about the vehicle. Thank you Eagle staff for your kindness.

Great service! Friendly and welcoming as always. Mike Hill will bend over backwards for his customers and my family has never been disappointed. I think my favorite thing is that I had been looking for awhile and he never stopped helping me look until I was pleased with the purchase! So thankful for him and the team at Eagle!
