Cody was wonderful! He really went above and beyond to get us the best deal available even when it meant needing to get approval to access a deal from a couple of weeks prior. He was patient and did a great job explaining the prices so there were no surprises at the end, which I appreciate…there is nothing worse than assuming one price and getting told another when you’re 95% finished with switching accounts over.

The chadron Verizon store was the BEST!! The employees were friendly and so much help for me today when I went to troubleshoot my phone. Josh did an amazing job - knowledgeable, friendly, listened to my concerns, and helped me figure out the best plan for my family. Strongly recommend!!!

My adult son and I entered the Verizon store in Chadron, Ne. We were attended to by Theresa. We had questions due to the renewal of phones, and my husband passing away. Theresa was kind, compassionate, and most of all knowledgeable and thorough in her explanations. She helped us with accessories we would need and use. She is to be commended for her patience and time. We left the store feeling good about the decisions we made. Kudos to Theresa!

Theresa is learning the ropes as we all must when beginning a new job. CJ was there for support and patiently helped us with our purchase choices. We never felt pressured to make any decisions and I felt we got the best option offered. All in all a good experience and lots of help and support for any purchase.

My experience with the staff here was exceptional. Josh and Cody are both friendly and make you feel welcome. They are very helpful and can answer any question you may have. All in all I was not disappointed or dissatisfied and walked away feeling like my time was not wasted.

Cody (CJ) is always a huge help. Very knowledge yet knows how to get to the point the customer is trying to make. He makes things easy and streamline. Love my new phone.

Great service! Even though he was the only employee in on that day he single handily helped 5 customers all within great time. Friendly and fast service, this store will miss him transferring over to the store in Lexington NE.
