Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chadron, an IHG Hotel

I had stayed at this location - but had forgotten how special it is. Friendly-helpful desk clerk, a great room-where everything works, ha... and a free aftn hospitality period, great for visiting with other travelers.

Compared to most small town hotels this one is premier. It met every positive we have come to expect from Holiday Inn Express. Pleasant & knowledgeable staff. Clean, comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms with all in-room items in good condition & in good working order. Complementary breakfast offered many choices in a clean, pleasant room.

Great place, especially for the money. Rooms and breakfast area are super clean. Rooms are also very quiet. Front desk support are very friendly. Great addition to Chadron.

Another great stay at Holiday Inn. Drove up from San Antonio, TX, check in and out was fast and easy, very pleasant staff. Breakfast was hot, fast, and great! Right off of the interstate but quiet. Wet lands behind the hotel, woke up to multiple deer, birds, and other wildlife. Beds were comfortable and pillows were great. Rooms were clean like usual everything worked, nice hot shower. Was not disappointed!

Very clean comfortable rooms, plenty of quiet tables to work from, fantastic breakfast, and overall very clean comfortable facility! Friendly desk staff, you can tell housekeeping pays attention to details.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were exceptional and the bed was very comfortable.

This was a fantastic experience. Everything about this place was excellent. Came with free breakfast which had a large variety to choose from. It tasted great also. This place had extremely clean rooms and the most comfortable beds. They have a pet area to take your pets to so they can do their business. They offer a pool and fitness room included with your stay also that were spotless. I'd definitely refer them as a place to stay.

We had a very comfortable family stay here! This newer hotel has a nice breakfast area with a view of fields, outdoor seating, and hot breakfast items.

They offer a coffee bar all day.

All accommodations were very clean. Service was excellent; when I asked for a towel at the front desk, I was given two.

The bed was very comfortable.

The pool area was clean and well kept, though small and simple.

Stayed at this hotel 2 nights. Good room design (room to put down suitcases, hang things, sit and work), very clean & tidy with tasty breakfast options. The beds were incredible. Comfy but not too soft. I love the new lobby style with places for groups, couples & singles to gather and relax. Excellent experience all around.

Coffee pot did not work neither did the phone and only one USB out of 4 worked but the bed and pillows were comfy room was clean and breakfast was good and service was ok alittle disappointed ni discount or even an I'm sorry nothing worked just an I'll note it for maintenance to fix.

Very nice place to stay. I drive a big truck. I broke down here. Price for the room was $184 plus tax. Very high for me. I got the very last room that day. It was a Wednesday.

Just an absolute pleasure staying here. I arrived around 6 PM to check in. First thing I see is them laying out a variety of snacks in the lobby. Beer, veggies, hot cheese and chocolate, cookies, marshmallows, everything for everyone.
I booked a 2 Queen bedroom. Very spacious, Very comfortable desk and lounge chair in the corner with great lighting from lamps.
The pool is a great size and the temperature was excellent. Not warm but basically room temperature. The gym is right next door with a variety of gym equipment; dumbells, bands, treadmills, elliptical. Open 24 hours.
Breakfast starts at 6:30. Again a large variety of different things to eat. Scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, all types of carbs and protein. I took a post breakfast swim as well.
For total $112, Holiday Inn went above and beyond my expectations.

On November 11th, I needed to book a room immediately after I discovered the other location I had reservations for was not a good choice.
I called this hotel, the front desk person quickly understand my situation and she helped me out right away. Arrived last night. Room was very clean and everything was great. Very glad I called. Nice professional staff. Thank you !!!

Cleans rooms each day. Excellent breakfast. They ran out of juice but took the time to go to a grocery store and buy bottes of juice. Friendly customer service.

We were in town for a hunting trip and stayed 4 nights. The staff was extremely friendly, the place was clean, and the continental breakfast was great. The beds and pillows were perfect, so good that my brother has contacted them to find out make and models.

The room & everything in it was very clean. Four pillows to each bed, plenty of large thick towels, staff very courteous & breakfast every morning. Its quiet and has an elevator for everyone to use. That was great for my mom. I will never stay anywhere never stay at another hotel while in Chadron.

This is the finest Holiday Inn Express my wife and I have ever stayed at. Granted, it's newly built, but the layout is exceptional: Instead of a cramped breakfast area, it's sort of like a "great room" layout that's open to the lobby and front desk, with huge picture windows that look out on pastureland. Meanwhile, the WiFi is the best I've experienced in any motel, by far: most motels have bad or mediocre WiFi because there aren't enough access points and/or they interfere with each other, but here the signal is strong everywhere, and my WiFi analyzer app confirms a really professional layout; I hope Holiday Inn Express starts taking this kind of networking care at their other locations. And finally, the rooms have excellent noise isolation from each other.

We stayed here this past week on our way through. Very nice newer hotel with hot breakfast included. Very reasonably priced. The beds were super comfy. The pool is smaller without a hot tub but was sufficient. We would stay here again if driving through.

This was such a nice surprise...being the first time we’ve stayed at a new styled Holiday Inn Express. What a great experience all around. The evening staff was friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. Room was absolutely one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in at this price point. Honestly, we have always been loyal to Hampton Inn 1st, Fairfield Inn 2nd, and weren’t expecting this stay to surpass the other brands with this hotel but boy were we mistaken! First thing we noticed was how spacious and roomy our room was. Nice nook with mini fridge, microwave and Keurig machine. Even saw they provide Green Mountain K-cups too!!! We were so impressed with the bright and airy bathrooms that have great storage space. Love the fact that they provide good quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in pump dispensers in shower. How handy. This hotel even provided Charmin toilet paper in our room!! The room was equipped with handy hooks and a nice side shelf for misc. things in entry way.
Breakfast was really nicely presented and offered a great variety of items, hot and cold foods. Such a fresh, clean, and comfortable feel in lobby and dining area. This hotel you can tell is being run by a top quality company, hiring great people. Thank you for a refreshing and positive experience!
