Oakton Beach Apartments

Oakton Beach is an amazing place to call home. I have enjoyed living here for three years and I can't say enough about how great it is. Being so close to the lake and walking trails and just a short drive to the Kettles make this property so great. There are also tennis courts and a pier that looks out over the lake make this a great destination for people that love the outdoors. Everyone is very friendly and there are many different styles of apartments to fit everyone's needs. The staff here are like family and we are so happy that we decided to make this our home. I am not a resident here as of yet. I have been looking for apartments for a few days straight because I'm moving from out of state. Stephanie answered my phone call, and she was amazing and patient. Gave me all sorts of insight about the area, other good areas between the two facilities I'll be working at, etc. I can't say enough good things about her. Definitely has me thinking I'll rent with this business if the right apartment opens up.

I had to find an apartment in a time-frame of three weeks due to an offer that fell through on the purchase of a home for me and my kids. I am so happy that I found Oakton Beach! Upon moving in, I found the apartment to be nice and clean. I was greeted in the parking lot by Dayton, the maintenance technician who was so friendly and helped me with anything I needed. Jordan, the manager, is also super friendly and helpful. Anytime I emailed her with a question, she answered me immediately. My kids and I utilized the tennis courts often, as well as the pier during the summer. The bike/running trail is right across the street, as well as the golf course. If you have a dog, this is the place for you! Dogs (and owners) are out daily and nightly socializing and everyone is extremely friendly! I am actually sad to leave and we've only been here for 6 months! I honestly can't say enough about how wonderful Oakton Beach is.

I have been living at Oakton Beach since Early September and I couldn't be happier. The unit was clean with new appliances installed when I moved in. Their care and consideration they showed me during my move and since then has been exemplary. It's quiet and beautiful and well spaced between units. If you want access to Pewaukee Lake and to the Lake Country trail then this is the place.

I've lived in multiple apartments, and this one is by far the best! It's a perfect location for me and my lifestyle: next to the lake, quiet neighborhood, and kind neighbors. Jordan, the property manager, is wonderful! She is always on top of what's going on in the community, follows up very quickly on issues, and very considerate!

I’ve been living at Oakton beach for almost 2 years and can honestly say this is the best place to live! The office and maintenance staff are some of the best people! I’ve had only minor maintenance issues since I moved in and they are always handled promptly and with a smile! I can’t imagine living anywhere else, it’s quiet and clean and very friendly. The type of place where neighbors wave to each other. I love it here!

This is a wonderful place to live! Spacious garage, in-home washer and dryer, tree-lined open space for walks, and added benefit of relaxing on the pier overlooking Pewaukee Lake in the summer and fall.

Great apartments. Management is wonderful and very helpful. All maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently.

Great place

I moved in these apartments with my family, 2 weeks back. Stephanie (the Property Manager) has been helpful and warm since the beginning, which made it possible for me to get all my questions answered, and sign a lease (all done remotely) and move in on a weekend , without any hiccups at all. The apartment was in fair condition, any maintenance related work was fixed within a day of raising the request. Most of all, the location is so beautiful and peaceful! Certainly a good deal for long term renting.
