Didn't see the house until day of walkthrough and closing, and it was exactly as I expected. Shopping from way across the country was a big risk, and with extremely limited housing stock in the area and having to pull out of the first house we put an offer on it seemed like we'd never find anything for our needs. There was some luck involved finding a house and I felt confident placing trust in Adis and Jared through that process to the end. They gave me the timeline I needed to follow if I wanted to move in by a specific date this summer. I worked with the highly recommended loan officer Carmine at 1st priority and attorney Patricia Bobrow at Felt Evans, and somehow everything fell into place, making it possible for my family to move across the country into our new home with plenty of time to adjust before the new school year for the kids. 100% recommend.

We were excited to use Azza Giorgi because of her renowned history in the area. It was a bad experience to say the least. We were buying from out of state so we really needed to have someone that could look out for our best interest and be sure we didn’t get into a house that had too many issues.

She lost track of the in-person tour we scheduled, so when we flew up from Texas to see the house I had to call her and remind her about the time.

When she is confronted or called-out on her mistakes she yells right at me and raises her voice to my wife saying how it’s our fault that things turned out the way they did.

She was at the house multiple times and has a lot of experience with homes and should have noticed key things which could have been negotiated.

I’m dealing with a rodent problem (was visible droppings throughout the basement), flooding in basement from inadequate gutters around the house and water not being routed away, urine stains and smell of wet dog throughout all the carpeting in the house. Huge dying trees which were hanging right over the house. The previous owner neglected the home for many years and I feel like with Azza’s experience she should have noticed this stuff - at least a few.

The experience was a nightmare - I’ll never use them again.
