Burger King

I swear this manger has worked at other locations. His voice and demeanor are recognizable haha but every time I stop here for lunch my food is made quick and correctly. Lobby is clean and staff seem happy.

This particular Burger King has always done a very good job when it comes to making sure my order is fresh, and the restaurant area is always clean.

I would like to acknowledge an employee at this location by the name of Jonathon. My excellent customer service began at the drive thru window where he assisted me on how to get the best "bang for my buck." This wasn't solicited. He just did it because not only is he a good guy, but he is obviously a fantastic employee!
When I pulled forward to pay, Jonathon was friendly, kind, and professional. He was also multi-tasking. (NOT EASY!) I noticed he was complimentary to his fellow employees and everyone working there appeared to be working hard and seemed truly happy.
I don't know Jonathon's title. If he's not a manager, he probably should be. People work best for people they like. A businesses success or failure is all about the staff.
This BK had a great team and I hope they are appreciated so they stay.
I don't think people realize what a hard job working in fast food can be.
I was highly impressed and will definitely be back!

Me n my dad decided to go to the drive thru 10 minutes before close and the closing staff was very respectful and quick even tho Ik it can be frustrating to get a customer 10 mins before close the food was nice and hot and they were just over all friendly and had great manners

We were pretty excited that a fast food restaurants dining room was open. Food was fine and service was also solid. Thanksgiving BK for keeping the dining room open!

Awesome customer service from Charles! Very engaging. You feel like a person and not a number. Speedy service!! 10/10 would recommend! My dad’s favorite place to eat. Burgers are amazing!!

The Whoppers were prepared per my request. They were hot and fresh and delicious. The restaurant appeared clean from what I could see in the drive through. The employee taking the order was polite and pleasant.

The employees in this place are the best. And it's only a few of them but they get the Job done. Very hard working young ppl. They deserve more money.... Thanks for keeping a positive attitude and I know it's hard.

It was cheaper than I was expecting. The cashier was super nice because I was so indecisive and she gave me 2 burger king crowns , which I didn't even know they make anymore!!!!

Had a good experience here for the first time in several years a couple weeks ago. The food was fresh and the place was clean. The coffee was hot and the service was great. Like the new design on the building. I will be back.

Staff is friendly enough, food was what we ordered. Don't know much about the inside as we went through the drive through but overall, it wasn't bad.

It was very busy today but I mate this great smart young lady that had a big smile on my face and welcome me and and was able to get my food to me fast n friendly I will all ways come back long as she there and I think she be great fit for a manager position....

Never had a hotter whopper! The beef was so hot it almost burnt my mouth. Everything else in the meal was also fresh.

Have not been to this location in years. It used to serve terrible food and workers were rude. On my way to work today i was in a time crunch so i stopped in. Drive through was full so we went in. GREAT SERVICE, GREAT FOOD. MIKE MADE MY SANWHICH PERFECT AND YOUR DINING ROOM LOOKS AMAZING. AND ON TOP OF ALL OT WAS FAST AND FRIENDLY. THANKS FOR FULLFILLING MY LUNCH NEEDS WITH A LITTLE TIME TO SPARE.

Always good and especially that we can get Whoppers at breakfast time. Today the fries were nice and fresh which sometimes they arent. Good service too!!!

Yummy,Whopper's and running a special too. Less than a five minute wait. Order was correct and hot. Staff was friendly.

This location had the best Burger King impossible Burger I've ever tasted. I been to four Burger kings and the other 3 did not taste this good for the impossible Burger but whatever they did here they made it perfectly.

All of your workers we're just wonderful and very polite I don't get that down in West Allis Wisconsin and they get my meals wrong every time so thank you very much

The workers our friendly and the place is clean!! Me & My man only come to this one bc they get our food right the first time!!
