Incredible. I had a GREAT experience with Lavoda. They had exactly what we were looking for and the service was beyond friendly. The two guys that delivered our furniture were simply in another league. The amount of care and kindness they gave us while delivering and assembling the furniture was unsurpassed and expertly done. Beyond helpful. My wife and I are STILL talking about our experience from yesterday’s delivery and how great they were. The desk and our kid’s bed and dresser were handled and assembled with care. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Top notch.

Lavoda Furniture made it so easy for me to find the sofa I needed for style, material and above all else comfort. They are personable, knowledgable, and helpful. I use a walker and the stairs were difficult but each one brought me closer to finding the sofa that was just right. for me. Five Star all the way

You drive past Lavoda all the time and really don’t realize how much quality furniture they offer at reasonable prices without a hard sell. The owner is fantastic to deal with. Lavoda is definitely worth a stop for furniture shopping in the Mohawk Valley.

Lavoda has an amazing selection of name brand couches, bedroom sets and kitchen tables with great quality. I've bought most of my furniture from them. They are literally almost 1/2 the price of Tehans, Raymore and Flanigan and Boscovs. I know, I always check them all first and then always end up buying from Lavoda. I should just save myself the time next time. They are also a local family owned business which is nice. No high pressure, but very helpful when you ask. I'm thankful they are here!

The sales rep was very nice to our family and very happy to assist with showing us the functions of the furniture we were looking at. The delivery crew was very professional and showed pride in setting up and testing our new couch functions. Everything was cleaned and picked up, the delivery crew took all package material so didn’t have to worry about disposal. Very happy and will be going back

We had a wonderful experience. We picked out a love seat and 2 rugs. We were iffy on one rug and when it was delivered and just didn't go. The delivery guys brought it back. They refunded me for the rug no problem. I was reminded that furniture can not be returned. Great selection of items. Delivery was fast!

Love my new table set.everyone was very friendly and allowed me to figure out what set I wanted without pressure..the delivery men were just as nice and I will be going back for more furniture.. I have purchased several bedroom sets and couches for myself and family members..im very pleased with Lavoda and their customer service...highly recommend them

Great selection of furniture with plenty of opportunity to try a variety of mattresses to find the perfect one for you. Prices are very reasonable and they never tried to push the most expensive pieces on you. Valodya & Sultan were great at showing me a variety of products, then added a nice discount and offered next day free delivery. Highly recommended.

Shout out to Lavoda on amazing customer support! We bought a reclining sectional a year ago and one of the switches went. They came quickly, professional and replaced the issue with no questions asked! Great customer service!

The quality of the furniture is good, prices reasonable. We were able to put items on layaway. Super helpful and even great with our granddaughters - we came in to pay off our item and they gave the kids balloons.

Previously purchased a buffet here, returned today to purchase a living room set. The salesman was so friendly and helpful, offering an in house 6 month layaway. He spent a great deal of time helping us pick the right set and was very patient and genuinely kind.
