Excellent experience today. Brought an elderly friend today for new supportive shoes. Claire helped and was so attentive and caring to my friend, answering all her questions and giving her several choices. She went out of her way to offer suggestions and choices. The gentleman there was very kind and supportive as well. If you want service, a good fit, and care, Karaz us the place to go.

The gentleman who assisted me in finding the right fit for me in Dansko shoes today was very helpful! I was a tough customer as it was hard finding the perfect fit. But, he was patient, kind, and he didn't give up :-) I got a lovely pair that I'm incredibly happy with! They have a very nice selection of shoes and exceptional customer service.

You would not be surprised if you know me that walking into Karaz is a religious experience; the smell of the leather and the styles that are not afraid to come out and play! Did it again today; walked in with one pair of shoes on and out with another! There may also be a Christmas present or two for someone very special .....😜

The owners were very personable and very knowledgeable! 10 out of 10 recommend shopping here! On a side note prices are very reasonable and I will be shopping here again!
