Added 12-17-19. Dr Le was able to get me numb in an area of my mouth where other dentists couldn't. She has an excellent technique, is always concerned about any potential discomfort you may have from a dental procedure and is thorough in a friendly and professional manner. She always explains what procedure is needed and reviews everything when you are done. Ethical, professional and friendly. She is a wonderful practitioner and an affordable dentist for all services.

I would highly recommend Dr. Le of ProCare Dental. She is knowledgeable, professional, and very caring about her patients. Dr. Le and her team do a tremendous job of making your visits as smooth and as pain-free as possible. She does a great job of putting you at ease and makes sure to periodically check with you if you're experiencing any pain. Do yourself a favor and go see her. Dr. Le is truly one of a kind!

Fantastic dental service, I'm very fortunate to now be a patient with Jenny! She is incredibly knowledgeable, reasonable and personable. First dentist office I've been to that hasn't made me anxious, her assistant Betsy is equally as great! They make you feel comfortable and treat you like a real person rather than "just another patient". Wouldn't recommend anyone else than Jenny in the area

I would definitely recommend Dr. Le, D.D.S. She took my boyfriend Keith into the office when he had a horrible tooth ache. His dentist had retired and he did not have a current dentist. Dr. Le was the only dentist willing to see him immediately. She took her time with him and did a great job. We now consider her our regular dentist. She is very thorough and explains what she is going to do which makes a person feel much more comfortable about going to the dentist.

I took my father for his first visit with Dr. Jenny Le today and she was very thorough and explained different treatment plans for a toothache he had complained about. My father was very happy with her work and felt so much better after the procedure. Her staff was also very friendly and courteous. I would recommend anyone to Dr. Le.

I must have tried half a dozen dentists in the area and I kept the search on because I just wasn’t satisfied with the level of care I was receiving. That all changed after my first visit with Dr. Le. The ambiance is warm and inviting. she tells it like it is, but gives you hope that you can self correct. She doesn’t do any unnecessary work, and everyone involved in the agency is professional, polite, and easy going. The numbing was super effective and I barely felt a pinch. During the actual work she was very attentive to pain levels. Do yourself the favor and make the switch!

Dr. Le is kind, caring and very gentle. I need extensive dental work and she and her assistant Betsy welcomed me and calmed my fears at my first visit. Very attentive to make the experience pain free. Looking forward to my next few visits.

Great experience, great care.

I only went to this office once so I can't say much about the care. I had an appointment for a cleaning my old dentist would get me and my daughters in and out in under an hour, they had multiple hygienists so they could work on two of us at the same time. This office had a total of 2 people the dentist who cleaned my teeth and the receptionist who was also the dental assistant. My appointment took about 2 hours. I'm sorry but my time is too valuable I dont have that kind of time to waste. Their hours are also very limited making it impossible to go before or after work.

I found this dental office through my insurance. I like they had a reputation for clients with anxiety. But, I found it is very hard to get an appointment after 2PM as I was told they don't offer them. The dental assistant is very welcoming. Dr. Le is not as much. After my first visit I was not as impressed but the location was good and was easier to stay then find a new dentist again over the Doc not being as warm and fuzzy as I've been used to. My secod visit I complained of tooth pain, was advised we could look at it next time. My own error for not pushing the issue. She did work on a tooth near where the pain had been at least. Third visit was for me and my daughter to have a cleaning each and for my tooth to be pulled. We were called 3 times to remind us of our appointment. Arrived 2 minutes late. Then sat for 42 minutes. I get being behind, but I called an hour prior to my appointment to confirm as the 3rd phone call that morning asked. No one mentioned a delay. No one in the 42 minutes we sat and waited even said there was a delay or a word to us. Obviously there was, but how about showing you recognize us still waiting. Or at least talk to us to make us feel like you still know we are ther. You know a Hi, how are you? Enjoying the warmer weather. It would have went a long way. I do not recommend ProCare. My time is just as valuable as your time. When they finally spoke to me, they still were not ready for us and asked if I wanted to still have my tooth pulled. Leaving it to feel like they wanted to cut down on the scheduled appointment so make up time. I was not impressed. By time they were done setting up it would have been an hour past our first scheduled appointment. At least acknowledge the long wait and not make it seem as though I'm not as important as the last person and try to cut corners. They know my schedule restrictions as its discussed everytime I've made an appointment. I was more then irritated that they were willing to make me reschedule part of my appointment because they were behind especially when you have been ignored for the last 42 minutes. If I showed up for my appointment 42 minutes late and still expected to be seen the story would have been different.
