Waukesha Walk-in Vet Clinic

We had an eye emergency with our dog. The people at Waukesha Walk-in were very helpful in getting our dog an immediate surgical appointment and coordinated quickly with the canine eye specialist. Our dog was treated very well and the staff was excellent in explaining everything, including cost, up front and in a manner that was easy to understand.
I am very grateful and impressed with Waukesha Walk-in Vet Clinic and would seek them out again without hesitation! Our dog is home and in great relief! Thank you!!

I'm transferring my dog's care to this clinic. I called for a semi urgent issue. Got all medical records transferred over to I address my dog's recently diagnosed osteoarthritis. My pitty is only 5 years old! Other clinics I went with higher ratings were not friendly, and the doctors were not personable.

Della and Dr. Gluck were fantastic. Explanation was simple and thorough with exact plan options. I appreciate the practical points of view and realistic solutions. Ultimately, leaving it up to me to decide the best course of action. I went through 3 vets for the last 2 years. Being in healthcare, it is so important for patients to feel heard and listened to, even though options are not always what we want. Thank you so much for seeing us today, and Linus is resting comfortably. See you in 6 months for the follow-up! Grateful! 🙏

My dog had a respiratory illness. When I called the clinic, they give clear instructions about when to enter the building to prevent exposure to other pets.
Once we were in, the vet tech and doctor promptly saw my dog. We were in and out of the clinic in 30 minutes.

My pup broke himself, they got me in ASAP, were very friendly to me but more importantly my pup. They didn't care about his breed( other's had), they just wanted to help him get better.They explained everything so I understood completely. 1 month later he's better, and they are still following up on him, and helping me with him!

Dr Vira and the vet tech were awesome! Felt comfortable with them and they were so good with my dog! I highly recommend for care of your pet/s! Very understanding and i know they really cared! So pleasant to work with.

The clinic is not only our walk-in clinic, but we also bring all our fur babies for their annual visits. I’d like to say the staff is amazing, the entire staff!
Unfortunately we’ve had a few horrible instances where we needed to bring one of the cats or dogs in and they treated us like family. The assistants put blankets down so we could lie next our baby. They kept us updated so we never felt like we were left in a room and forgotten. And something as simple as bringing us something to drink while we waited.
I’d also like to especially thank Dr Inocencio for the last few visits we had with our boys. Not only did she share the good, bad and any possibilities, she did it in such a caring way, we felt comfort and trust.

This was my first experience and it was urgent, given my cats symptoms. From my initial call, to walking out of the facility, I experienced compassionate, professional, and qualty care from all. Although my Tigger had to be euthanized, his experience here consisted of love, caring, and stress free services.
Pricing was fully explained every step of the way, and very transparent.
Dr. Kira Inocencio was amazing. Her care was compassionate, gentle, and professional. I have never felt this level of confidence in a veterinarian with any of my fur babies.

Our dog had something in her eye and all of the emergency rooms were a 6-8 hour wait in the area. We called the Waukesha Walk In Vet Clinic and they were barely able to get us in but let us come if we got there in time. The wait time was next to none, all the employees were so incredibly kind and complimentary, and the visit itself was great. The doctor was so kind and helpful, worked quickly, and took the time with us we need. We definitely loved our experience and would switch to go there for all our vet needs if we could. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been taking my pets here for several years. The staff is always great! I like that they have an app to schedule non-urgent appointments.

We brought our puppy Echo here as a walk in visit today, we were in a room within 20 minutes. We had called prior to find out availability and price and they were very up front with everything. Cost wise it was almost exactly what they had let us know over the phone and was very affordable care. At the visit they happily answered all of our questions and gave us very clear directions on the care we need to give for our puppy. Thank you for the excellent service and friendly staff, we will definitely be coming back for visits we need!

Best vet ever. I sadly had to put my doggie Mylo to sleep this week and the staff was incredible and so sensitive... I'll never go anywhere else for my next pup.

We had outstanding service from the time of drop off and discharge of our pet. We live in Hustisford, WI which we had about a 40 minute commute. They were very responsive and professional when each my husband and I called for an update on our pet. Our pet received outstanding care due to having a foreign body lodged inside her intestines. They took several x-rays, gave her fluids to stay hydrated and monitored her throughout an overnight stay. She was cared for from all the staff their and were very nice and knew exactly what to do when we called to get our pet in. She is doing great now eat, drinking and going to the bathroom again. She is acting completely normal and back to herself which was our goal after the care she received. I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone because I feel they would receive the best care we had received for our pet.

Brought my sister in law in to have her pup euthanized today. Was so pleased with the quality of care her pup and ourselves were given. So grateful for the kind compassionate care we were given and especially the time that we were able to take with our last moments with him. I don’t remember the young vets name but she is wonderful❤. Thank you…..

My dog Wilson has surgery yesterday and our family is so pleased that he is doing great, and everything went so well. Everyone at Waukesha Walk-in Clinic always treats us kind, and we get the best care for our best fur friend. Thank you!

10/10 would recommend! I'm a full time traveler and my cats travel with me. My youngest cat developed an upper respiratory infection. Being completely new to the area, I had no idea where to take her. After hours of searching, I found this clinic! They were the ONLY place in the area able to see her same-day (without taking her to an ER). They were respectful and professional. They even brought a liter box for my cat to use since we'd been in the car for the past 4-5 hours. The staff was extremely intelligent and took the time to listen to me explain my cat's symptoms. They answered every question I had and made me feel comforted that my cat was taken care of. The price for a same day walk-in is reasonable (in comparison to an ER), and the care given is worth every penny. Pristine animal healthcare!

Omg! This place is so awesome and nice, I live in Whitefish Bay and I drive all the way to Waukesha to see them for my Tea-Cup Logan’s needs. I see Dr. Mueller, she is so attentive and caring. Give them a try, you’ll see. The supporting staff is very nice to.

I was referred here from my vet for a walk in when my regular vet was booked. Lyla received excellent care by the team on a Saturday!!

Took my cat here and received great care and compassion for my fluffy friend. They were able to immediately and quickly diagnose his condition and provide helpful services and treatment plans. I was so nervous about his care but they walked me through every step and quickly communicated any health concerns/updates so we could get my kitty back to his playful self. Great staff. Wonderful communication. They care about the furry friends brought in like family.

Highly recommend Dr. Gluck and the staff here !! They have given our dogs the best care and service always !!! We drive 40 minutes just to have our dogs taken care of here. We have other vet clinics within 10 minutes of us also....

Great staff, very friendly, patient and efficient. Our pup is treated like a king there.
