Poplar Creek Apartments

An awesome community in a great location! Poplar Creek is located 20 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes to the lakes, with tons of shopping and restaurants only minutes away! The staff is consistently putting on fun events for the residents and the amenities make it an all around great place to live!

Megan, Sam and Shane have been a great help and support through our stay here at the poplar creek apartments. Community is clean and bug free. Maintenance requests were handled quickly. Overall we are happy staying in these apartments.

I have enjoyed renting since the day I moved in. I have underground parking with the mailboxes in the basement out of the weather.

The apartment has a Amazon hub and is amazing..

All staff at Poplar Creek have been a pleasure to work with. They are responsive to inquiries and requests for service promptly. All service requests have been taken care of within 1 working day. It is reassuring to know we are heard, concerns taken seriously and steps taken for resolution. Beyond this, the complex, amenities and living unit are comfortable and homelike making it a pleasure to live at Poplar Creek. .

Love this place. My husband and I just signed another year lease. The facility is very clean, quiet and convenient. The staff are responsive and great to work with. We are extremely pleased and have recommended this complex to friends which love it as well. There are resident appreciation events throughout the year. We sold our home quickly and needed a place to move too with short notice. We thought it would be very temporary at first, signing another 12 month lease says it all! 😊

We’ve been residents at Wimmer for almost 10 years at two different locations and the apartments and amenities are a plus. Highly recommended for apartment living.

We enjoyed our time at Poplar Creek. The property was clean and well maintained. The management team was very responsive and easy to work with.

As we are about halfway through our lease at Poplar Creek, my fiance and I are LOVING our experience here! The staff and communications are wonderful, the mantinence is great, and the building is so welcoming and clean! We also love the layout of our 1 bedroom apartment! We are planning on staying through another leasing period, as long as our rent per month doesn't increase too much! I would HIGHLY recommend living in these apartments!!

We recently moved in this past weekend, and so far, everything's been great! Brittany has been VERY helpful and responsive with everything from our initial conversations to post move in questions. Location is great - right across the street from shopping, restaurants and the grocery store. We also have a 2 year old Chocolate Lab, and although she is adjusting to apartment living again, the property is definitely dog friendly! Our apartment faces the backside of the building with a great view of the woods and Poplar creek, as well as beautiful sunsets. Can't wait for the summer to lay by the pool!

My husband & I have lived at about 9-10 different rental properties. We finally just bought a home! We lived at Poplar Creek for about 9 months, and it was by far the best rental property we've ever lived at. This place is great!!! Great amenities. Very clean. Awesome maintenance staff, and always fixed things in a prompt manner. Friendly & helpful leasing staff. We highly recommend this place to live! 5/5!

We lived at Poplar Creek Apartments for more than 2 years. We were one of the early residents in this community. We absolutely love the place. The well-lit and smartly planned home layout, charming and serene common space, friendly and responsive staff and proximity to shops, grocery and entertainment - Poplar Creek is a package that is hard to find easily. A special mention of the clubhouse where we have hosted some memorable get-togethers with friends and family.
I'd call out some creative fun ways the management induces a sense of community - Fun pet events, holiday special events, ammenities like access and discounted prices at near-by entertainment places.
In all, a memorable first 2 years in the City of Brookfield spent at Poplar. We'd highly recommend this community to anyone looking for luxury, fun and accessibility.

I've been here since July of 2022 and I absolutely love it. My apartment is huge, it's in a super great location, and the staff here has seriously been the best leasing staff I've ever had. Special shout-out to Sam, she's been helping me the most since I moved in and she is absolutely wonderful. Thank you for making this experience so great, I love it!

We sold our house last August and have been living Poplar Creek enjoying all the amenities and most all location. The food trucks, dog grooming room and present wrapping workshop make life so convenient. Snow removal is done first thing in the AM. My pup and I enjoy the clean paths. We recently sold our home and needed a place to move. We had troubles finding a place that we liked/ was dog friendly and had a responsive staff. From our first walk through, Oksana and Brittney were super helpful and patient. We moved in about a month ago and could not be happier. Everything is kept clean and we are kept very well informed on what is going on in the building. There are fun little things that make this place unique. We had a wrapping room, holiday party and even yoga classes! We are happy to call Poplar Creek our home.

I moved into this property in September last year. It has been an amazing experience from day one. The leasing staff was extremely nice and friendly. They ensured that I settled in comfortably. The property is new. Very clean. Well maintained. Energy efficient appliances. Awesome amenities. Fantastic location.
I could go on and on. I wouldn't ask to live in a better environment. I'm so glad I found this gem.

Meagan and Zeke have been excellent throughout my temporary stay at PCA, while I was building my new place. Always clean and quiet. Great alternative areas to use for studying and exercise. It's been a great place for me. Anytime I have needed anything, it's been resolved immediately! Super area, easy access to 94 or anywhere! The Corners of Brookfield shopping is right across the street.

Veronique has made my boyfriend and I's move to Poplar Creek so easy and enjoyable. Not only does she have quick and information responses but she is a pleasure to talk to. The clean building, beautiful units, dog friendly premises and staff have made our choice of moving to Poplar Creek a no brainer.

WE are loving our Poplar Creek Community. Location is great and the staff is friendly, and professional. The neighbors are quiet and friendly.

It's been a while since I've rented and really like living here! Brand new construction with all the amenities. Even pet friendly! Great having underground parking and the staff is very friendly and responsive. Great place to call home and can walk to the Corners for about anything you need.
