What I witnessed when I walked in the office were employees that were happy and truly enjoying their work. The staff was very impressive, professional and I maintained a comfort level throughout my visit. Dr. Guell is simply the best and goes the extra mile to reduce the stress and make going to dentist a pleasurable experience. Imagine that!

The staff and doctors are amazing. Everyone is so nice and compassionate . They are very skilled and really know what they are doing. I had no pain during my procedure at all. I am excited to go back and finish my dental implants.

Dr. Bracci was incredible! They took the time to clearly explain what to expect before during & after tooth removal. Dr. Bracci was very relaxed, gentle and kind. Diana prepared me well, thoroughly went over post-extraction care and also was relaxed, patient and so sweet! Extremely smooth process!

Friendliest staff ever!!! From the first phone call to the wheel chair ride to car after surgery, top notch! Very caring and sweet. Well worth the ride from Buffalo!

Dr. Lee and his staff are absolutely wonderful! Had a wonderful experience all thru my bone graphs, sinus lift and implants. I highly recommend them! I would give them 10 stars instead of the 5 offered if I could!

I was extremely nervous, but the doctor and assistants that I met were all kind, kept things light, and reassured me every step of the way. I appreciated the expertise of the doctor and the quick procedure! My implant barely took an hour! The front desk people were wonderful as well, and patient while we figured out payment.
It is important to me to be able to call easily, and Progressive Implantology has certainly been easy to contact! They pick up quickly and are professional and knowledgeable.
I have had a very good experience, and I am feeling hopeful about future visits!

Have been to Dr. Bracci for a few extractions & while I don't like having 2do that, nobody does, this Dr & his team @ Progressive implantology are THE BEST at what they do! They always make the process so quick, easy & surgically perfect! I don't ever have any complaints or concerns. They are even quick to call in any prescriptions I need so I can pick them up omw home too. Literally the best oral surgeon in town & they prob accept ur insurance too!

I am so grateful that many years ago I started to go to Dr. Goel and Progressive Implantoligy. He was able to preserve what teeth I do have and also the implants that he did were amazing. His staff over the years has always been incredibly competent, and always supportive during these procedures. He and his staff deserve more than five stars. If I could give them, I would.

I cannot say enough good things about them. Dr Bracci is amazing and will ensure you're absolutely comfortable and safe. I had all four wisdom teeth extracted and have really bad dental anxiety. I ended up having a panic attack during the procedure and they did everything they could to calm me down. Dr Bracci talked me through exactly why I was feeling the way I was from the different medications and was very comforting along with the nurses. They let me hold their hands which I really appreciated. The extraction was painless and quick. I unfortunately developed a dry socket the weekend after my procedure and I was able to get in contact with Dr Bracci that Sunday. He saw me at 7am the next morning to dress my socket and prescribe pain meds to help with major pain that comes with a dry socket. I seriously cannot express how thankful I am for the staff for ensuring I was okay and as comfortable as possible.

All staff is very nice and helpful. Even though I had an unforeseen 3 year hiatus, Dr. Goel remains the humorous, "passionate about perio" dentist he has always been. I've been going for over 14 years to this office.

Was feeling quite anxious about needing 2 roots removed...the doctor, nurse, and billing team made this whole procedure painless from the time of check-in, thru the extraction and even followed up via phone a couple days later to make sure I was doing okay...would definitely choose this group for any oral surgery needs in the future.

Such courtesy and prompt response is an unusual thing these days. It's nice to know that it still exists. Dr. Goel and his staff go above and beyond to make sure that any problems are solved, but also to make their patients feel like a priority.

Had tooth extraction today. Everyone in this practice is very caring and good at their jobs from check in through the procedure performed by DR. Lee. Procedure went well, no pain and quickly done. Very satisfied.

UPDATE 11/15 below.had my 1st visit with Dr. Lee today. I will be having extensive work done, and have severe dental anxiety. Dr. Lee is extremely understanding and was able to give me the reassurance that I needed to believe I would be able to handle it. The entire staff is friendly and welcoming.11/15 The surgery went very well! Dr. Lee & staff are amazing. Kind and so very understanding. I'm thankful beyond words! Highly recommended!!!

Had my wisdom teeth extracted today and from the moment I walked in every one was extremely amazing and nice . During the procedure, someone even held my hand and that honestly made it so much better as I became less anxious . I am so glad I went here and 10/10 would recommend. It's been a long road to get to where I have a full set of teeth. Now after several years of struggling I can now comfortably eat just about anything I want. Dr. Lee and his staff are amazing, and were very supportive through every step of the treatment. The crew at Progressive Implantology Rocks!

After having an implant done here a few years ago I still come here for teeth cleaning. It is thorough and professional. The staff here are friendly and make you feel at ease.

I absolutely loved this office and the staff. They were so kind and accommodating to my dental emergency, they got me in asap and were wonderful!

The staff were all very kind and curtsy. I was seen in a timely manner. Dr Phillips made sure I was comfortable and explained everything he was doing. Everything went smoothly. I was given full instructions on what to do and expect. I am very pleased with the work I had done today and will recommend this office to family and friends.
