My experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I want to give a shout out to the front desk receptionist, Joel! He made sure I was able to get in right away and was taken care of. The hygienist and dentist were also extremely helpful, empathetic and kind. Thank you for helping me today. It was such a relief to get the help I needed from people who actually cared.

Joel at the front desk is so welcoming and makes sure he gets everyone in at a timely matter. Keeps his word! Dr. Moore not sure how you spell is very talented and so kind hearted. Becky is great at her job. Overall
Good staff and good atmosphere. No long wait time either.

So I am a big baby when it comes to dentists. I havent been in a long time. While I was there with my grandsons I asked if they can see me. Joel at the front desk was super kind to me and eased my nerves about seeing the dentist and was able to get me in the very next day. I think every medical office should have a Joel at their front desks. The dentist was very nice and didnt make me feel bad or embarrassed about waiting so long to see a dentist. I have treatments already scheduled.

I have been blessed to be able to have dental care here. The residents are at the top of their game, fresh out of school. All of them are monitored by top dentists in the area. Very kind staff. Joe at reception is great. On top of returning calls. Always tries to help out and very friendly. If you can get into this clinic I highly recommend it. Very appreciative.

I can't recomend this office highly enough. From the front desk staff to the dentists we have had nothing but good experiences. My granddaughter unfortunately had several cavities and was terrified at first. The dental staff were so patient with her that within a few visits she began to trust them which was so helpful.The fact that they accept our Medicaid insurance means we never had to spend a dime on this quality care which is more than we could have asked for. My only regret is that it took several months to take us on as clients bc the need is so great. Even then, Joel who works the front desk , would encourage me not to give up calling. Soon enough they had an oportunity to take on new patients and we began her appts right away. I can't thank the folks at this office enough, as a group they have patient and kind to us. My family is grateful for the care we receive here. Ty MVHS Dental.

Called today feeling pretty hopeless I wouldn’t be able to get help. Joe at the front desk quickly and with genuine concern and compassion got me in in a few minutes. The staff were all polite and professional. Super greatful thank you guys!

I've had nothing but bad experiences at my previous valley dental. So I went in to my evaluation today expecting to be told the worse that the four teeth in the front done by honey previously would have to be removed. Honey just told me I was getting worse and worse. The dentist here went out of her way to make room for me and an appointment. Got X-rays done and she gave me hope. She didn't tell me everything would get worse she was very gentle even kept my trigeminal neuralgia in mind with my treatment plan. She was honest about the whole process timeline. I knew it would be a long road but I didn't think anything could be saved or that I would ever have a normal smile again. She told me it's entirely possible and gave me treatment options the last one never did. And I'll be able to smile again. Swear to God I went and cried happy tears in my car after that on the way home. They also removed the previously infected tooth the other wouldn't even look at. I cannot thank this office enough for accommodating me and treating me with empathy and making it possible for me to have my smile back!

I go to the dentist at this location, they do a great job keeping your teeth clean and one person who I want to thank is Becky the hygienist I’d trust her with my life if it went to that. 5 out of 5 for this practice

Fantastic Clinic, Service is 2nd to none. I don’t know what others experienced but my mother has had top-notch service. The staff is friendly, caring, and supportive of all dental services. The residents are fantastic. Thank you so much for your caring service. It has not gone unseen !!

I had a dental emergency, and my dentist was on vacation. I called at least 10 dental offices, all closing at noon on that day, and with full appt schedules. This office was not only open, they welcomed me and were so kind and professional. The Dr, who is a student, was excellent, with a great bedside manner. He was able to stabilize my dental condition. Evelyn, Carol, Dr Salgado thank you so much! You are an incredibly talented and professional group!

I have been going here a few years now and have never had any issues at all - actually have had better cleanings here than most other locations I’ve been prior to coming here. I’m very pleased with the dental hygienists I’ve had here as well. I would recommend this place to others and I have!
