DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Milwaukee - Brookfield

Alan and Robinson are some of the best Hilton employees I’ve met, and I’ve met quite a few as I travel for work. The rooms are a bit dated though everything functions as it should. Alan has one of the best levels of service of any Hilton property within a six state area that I travel. I’ll be back just due to how well the staff treat their customers.

We were without power and the staff really showed compassion for their guests. Thank you Adam and short haired person at front desk. Both very helpful. They were taking reservations with a pen and paper to be able to manage inbounding calls from those in distress. Check in was easy. Room was clean. My family went for a swim and staff made sure to ask if we needed towels. They even gave us vouchers for breakfast. Thank you.

I’ve always recommended this hotel to out-of-towners, as the rooms are always clean, contemporary, with friendly staff, handsome amenities and an enjoyable in-door pool. It was a surprise when I found that I needed to be a guest when my home lost power for several nights during sub-zero temps. The receptionist asked for ID and instantly recognized my situation when she saw the local address – she then offered a discounted rate which was a pleasant surprise: “We’re happy to assist the community when we can,” was the response. I booked two nights as that was the expected duration of the outage. The eve of the second night, around 8PM, I was advised my home power was restored and I therefore opted to check out early, fully expecting to pay for two nights, given the late hour. The same friendly receptionist would not allow me to pay for both nights again had the same memo: “We’re happy to help and glad to hear your power is back! You will be charged the one night.” I was amazed. Most any other company would have charged for two nights, and justifiably so. Kindness goes a long way, and I will remain a loyal Double Tree customer and advocate and refer business their way whenever possible, and it is well-earned. My thanks to Hilton Hotel and the kind staff!

I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Adam! He helped turn a scary experience of having no power or water at home to making us feel welcome. He didn’t hesitate to find us a room and made sure we had everything we needed. He let us check in early because we had been all night in the freezing cold without power at home. Thank you so much. The room was perfect and so nice. The kids absolutely loved it here. They were so excited for breakfast in the morning. It was delicious. We will definitely be back.

We stayed here while our power was out due to the winter storm. The staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to the situation. All the way from the warm cookies at check out to the dinner at Jacks. One of the most comfortable hotel mattresses I have ever slept on. Don’t think twice about staying here.

My experience at DoubleTree Milwaukee Brookfield was exceptional. The hotel's great location, just a stone's throw from Starbucks, made it convenient for my needs. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, ensuring a pleasant stay from start to finish. The comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep, and the surrounding area offered plenty of dining options. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Mar 16, 2024: Return trip, this time for work at the Germantown Destination Imagination Tournament. Enjoyed the first time back in Feb, so we actually turned down a couple of closer venues to see the consistencies. And....just like before:

DoubleTree is definitely becoming a must-check for our area trips for volunteering!

I did an overnight staycation with my grand. The hotel staff were amazing. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool and area was clean, and thanks for the perfect temperature. We will surely stay again.

Adam has amazing customer service!! He was so helpful and welcoming. Kai also provided me with good service. The rooms were clean, the overall stay was good. Would definitely stay again!

A lengthy 2 week stay but had all I needed. Room and service was great and handled. Grocery stores, laundry anything I needed was within 5 minutes of my room. Convenient work out area and path with low traffic for daily walks.

Deserve for an anniversary celebration. The room was beautifully set up in the service was great.

The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve seen! No crumbs in any of the corners! The bed is comfy and the hotel is nice. The location is nice and appears safe. It was close to many stores and the venue I had to attend. For the price I paid, this hotel was well worth beyond it!

We stayed here for a triple header baseball game over the weekend. The stadium was so easy to get to with the zoo close by too. The property was so clean with a great well taken care of indoor pool along with awesome smiling staff! Love our stay and would definitely come stay again when we come watch the games!

It was nice coming to this Doubltree considering the bad luck we’ve had with most of the others recently. Many of them seem to be running downhill. We got a one bedroom suite, which was a bargain at $135 a night. It was nice having a separate living area from the bedroom to relax and watch TV. The living room and the bedroom are separated by a corridor where the closet and the bathroom are located. The room had a refrigerator, a microwave, and around 40 channels of Dish Network. The service was good in the restaurant for breakfast the next morning. The breakfast quality was better than what we had been experiencing at other Doubletrees in the past. The only negatives were the two massive potholes at each of the entrances and there not being enough lighting in the living room.

First of all, you all know that Doubletree cookies are the BOMB. Don't forget to ask for them at the desk.

This hotel was a last minute addition to our vacation, as our VRBO canceled on us last minute for the 120th Harley Davidson Homecoming weekend. While most hotels in and around Milwaukee were listing for $300+ per night, but we were able to find this hotel on a last minute deal on Priceline at a much morw affordable rate.

The hotel was clean & conveniently located to local restaurants and shopping. Breakfast is not included, but is only $15 per person at the on-site restaurant. I can't say anything about the food, as we chose a few small local restaurants to patronize during our visit. The pool and hot were well maintained and well stocked on towels. These facilities were small though, so could become crowded easily depending on what was going on in the area.

We would definitely stay here again!

The best doubletree I ever visited. The rooms were clean and bedding was relaxing. The kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub was great as well. Close to many restaurants and stores. The hotel has breakfast for a surcharge.

I would not normally pick Doubletree as a family hotel but in this case it was excellent. We stayed on a Wednesday and had a great experience. The desk staff was very friendly and accommodating to my young family. Gave the children cookies and warmly wished us a great stay. The breakfast in the morning was limited but was delicious. The kids had a great time in the pool, it is large and never gets above 3'6". Most importantly the rooms were very clean. I travel frequently and this is one of the cleanest rooms I have been in especially since there is a staffing shortage at the time I write this. I cannot say enough about how well cared for this hotel is.

This hotel is by far one of the best hiltons in the area. My room was spotless, the staff was attentive and helpful, breakfast was amazing. Cudos to the housekeeping supervisor. I would definitely stay here on my next visit.

This review is just for customer service, I haven't even booked yet, the first time I called, I tried getting a connecting room with my sister, and the gentleman over the phone was super nice and helpful and I don't remember his name, but was willing to help us get a connecting room. My sister booked already and actually needed her suite, as I was told the suites don't have a connecting room, which is totally fine. Then I called back and I think it's Greg or Craig, I apologize as I didn't catch your name and I hope I'm close, but he is amazing! I just called him to see if he had any rooms next to my sisters suite as she was on the first floor, mind you I already booked through a 3rd party site just like my sister. I was thinking if I got a Suite, I would be next to her room, I wanted a room next to hers. He said if I payed already, just keep my suite and he could put me just one floor above hers to keep us closer. He also said if I wanted a room next to her suite he could book me in a double queen. I had to give up my suite, but a double queen also works for my family and I. I was able to cancel my booking I made online as he booked me over the phone right away for the double queen next to my sister's suite, and sent me a confirmation right away!!!!! He is awesome, super informative and super helpful! Thank you! I'm excited for my stay and look forward to it!!!!! Lol my sister doesn't even know I'm going to be her neighbor tomorrow, and that is so convenient and it will be nice for the kids as well!! Thank you so much for fast, informative and professional customer service! When booking into hotels that's the first quality I look for, is the front desk/ customer service! I'm so happy and cannot wait for tomorrow!

You are welcomed with warm chocolate chip cookies that are delicious. The room we stayed in on the first floor was very clean and beds were comfy. There was no fan in the bathroom which was unfortunate. It was a lucky coincidence to have an adjoining room with our friends which worked out amazing. We were given meal passes for breakfast due to being part of a wedding but I would not have paid separately for the meal. Staff was all friendly. There was free computer access to print. Pool was small but did the trick! I would stay here again.
